This is a brand new home that is very spacious with 1750 Sq Ft of room to enjoy. We are at the base of a mountain and have beautiful views with deer and other animals to watch while enjoying a relaxing evening. Everything is brand new and fully furnished for you to enjoy your stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable beds, we cooked our dinner in the fabulous kitchen. Plenty of room and very quiet.

Good place for a group visiting Bryce Canyon. We stayed here for a couple nights and enjoyed the huge kitchen, comfortable beds, and amazing shower! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out with our luggage and stuff. There were a few problems during our stay, but the hosts were very quick to respond and rectify the issues, which is appreciated. You can tell they care about their guests having a great stay.

Very nice. Very large open space. It's nice and quiet. There is only one bathroom, so it's best for one family, not two.

Amazing house and location!

The house is extremely clean, extra spacious, and in the perfect location for our trip to Bryce. All the amenities we needed with a stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

We’re a journey the Utah state parks. Our visit to Bryce took us to this VRBO. It was just what we needed to spread out several days in hotel rooms was great our family of four. It was super clean and easy to get to.

Exactly as promised

Great stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Fairly basic, but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The washer was a nice bonus! Easy to find and get in the property at night too with great instructions.

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication with host was great. After a long day of hiking it was nice to come back and relax. The shower was amazing, I’m inspired to remodel my shower.

The perfect property to stay if you are enjoying Bryce and Zion National Parks! After a busy day hiking it was not far to get back to relax! Kade was awesome to work with, especially after I made a mistake with my dates! The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed! Thank you!!

Very wide open, simple

The central space is very large. The sofa is comfortable. The shower has a lot of heads. Instead of a shower curtain, privacy and splash guarding are handled by a sharp turn.

Lovely big property with comfortable beds. Open plan with nce large kitchen.Hosts came immediately to fix light bulb -aand were very friendly.Floors uncarpeted which wasn't a problem but they did feel a little sticky

GREAT PLACE

This is a beautiful place. We stayed here while we went to Bryce canyon, The bathroom shower can be a little slippery but we loved this place. Had to reach to owner for something early early in morning and he responded very quickly and helped me with issue I had figuring out lock due to I have never seen a lock like this( my issue not the house.) I do recommend staying here.

Perfect place for an overnight stay

This apartment was the perfect place for our family to stay for a baseball tournament in Panguitch. It was clean and comfortable. Location was close to the ballfields. We would stay here again.

Great Get-a-way!

Second time staying at this property. Probably won't be my last. Best shower I have ever used, was amazing after a cold day on the lake. Can't wait to return.
