With Bryce canyon only 10-12 minutes drive, and the Red Canyon bike trails a few minutes away, you can actually just bike there from here.
And many more bike trails at Bryce canyon.

We have a desk and printer for your working travel needs, so you can come and take care of work while still being able to enjoy the experience. (Computer is only for pictures display. it is not available.)

The space
We have gigabit fiber internet for you to enjoy high speed streaming while you are home away from home, so you can work and play.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, it's very cozy and nicely proportioned.
There is wall space heaters in every room for your comfort.
The Cottage is not equipped with A/C unit, but is equipped with ceiling fans in all the rooms. summers do not get very hot at the higher elevation in this area, but all windows have screens so they can be opened to take advantage of the breeze.
The house has a very warm Farmhouse style of decor. It offers all the amenities of home including free wifi (1Gb fiber connection) throughout the house. it has one large 65" TV with free live channels and NETFLIX.
It is only a couple of minutes walk from the Sevier River, great for fishing some nice brown or rainbow trouts. (with a Utah fishing license, that can be purchased online) and swim in the Sevier River.
It has all stainless steel appliances well equipped for cooking your favorite meals.

There is no public transportation. You will need a car. 4x4 or high clearance is recommended in order to enjoy the surrounding trails, but a regular low-clearance sedan is sufficient to access the cottage itself.

You have the whole house to yourselves. The house sits on a half acre lot and it is partially fenced for your privacy in the back yard.The property is equipped with state-of-the-art electronic locks so that guests can check themselves in at any time, and late check-in is not a problem.
