This place was perfect! It was spacious, comfortable, safe, and the hosts had thought of everything we might need. The beach and nature preserve were right across the street, and several restaurants were within easy walking distance. It was convenient for day trips to El Yunque and the ferry to Culebra. The hosts were Very responsive, and their restaurant recommendations were spot on!

We had a great stay in Seven Seas! Location close to several beach options and near town was great! House was very comfortable and well appointed, communication was easy and lovely! Would stay again!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. Fernando was always available when needed and was also able to provide answers to any questions that we had throughout our stay in a timely manner. For anyone that is looking to spend some time in Fajardo, this is definitely the place for you! The house is beautiful and well-maintained. We especially loved the roof top terrace. Home is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and short driving distance to local shops, excursions, and other activities.

Condo was beautiful and large. They had every convenience available, from beach chairs, towels, beach bags to everything you would need to do laundry. The location was great, you could walk right across the street to the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO and host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and roomy. It easily accommodated 6 adults. The location was great, allowing for day trips into San Juan, Culebra or Vieques . It was very close to El Yunque, and several area beaches. The restaurants were nearby and we didn’t have a single meal that wasn’t delicious.Highly recommend!

Wonderful location and stay!

Lots of space for big groups or families. Very close to the beach, restaurants, golf, rain forest etc...Gated, well stocked, great communication with host. AC worked well,beds and furntiture were comfortable. Pillows were plentiful but large and firm (I used the couch pillows). Master suite is very nice!

Nice Townhome- across the street from beach!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5 (older kids adults). Everyone had plenty of space to spread out, but also hang in the living room together. Everything was clean, the air conditioning worked great, and the washer/ dryer were a huge help. Owner was always available to open the gate or anything else!Note Seven Seas beach is literally across the street. You walk out of the complex and turn left. And it is on your right. We drove the chairs and cooler down that morning, but really didn’t need it to - it was an easy walk. Oh, and as another reviewer said, what a lovely bonus to have nice chairs, beach towels, beach bags, and even a cooler to take to the beach with us! We had everything.

Clean and well-appointed, good location

Fernando was a great communicator and absolutely everything worked in the unit, which is not always the case. Key code, key fob, internet, AC units, ice maker, remote controls, fans, washers and dryers. It all worked!

Family vacation

This was an excellent base for our family location. Easy access to beach, close El Yungue NF. Nice range of restaurants close by. Property was clean and well maintained. The grill came in handy for suppers. The hammock on the roof was a nice place to enjoy the evening.

Great house in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, convenient to the Ceiba Ferry, the Rainforest, San Juan and Luquillo and the easy beach access to Seven Seas was perfect. Fernando was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. House was clean and comfortable and we loved the rooftop area!

Great location

This is a great property, pool on site and nobody was ever there when we were. It is a few steps to the beach, VERY busy on the weekend with locals, but mid week not so much in March. There is a lot of coral on the edges of this location but seems to be quite normal for the both times we have been to Puerto Rico, bring water shoes with you everywhere! There is a restaurant just outside the gate and a few up the road all meals had at these locations were both very good, The house is very spacious with large rooms and closets. The master bedroom could use a dresser, the closet in there is for the owners supplies. There is a small hanging rack in the room, could do with out the couch and would have preferred the clothing storage. We only used two of the three bedrooms so we used the bunk room for suitcases. The water pressure is amazing, make sure you read all of the hosts instructions. The little back yard is great for relaxing . The roof was very nice wish there was a little more seating up there. The laundry room was great and well stocked, beach towels also provided. There isn't glass in the windows so the levers stay shut which can be kind of dark didn't really bother us except when the roosters start in the morning, they're loud but everywhere! There were ants in the kitchen (they were in the last place we stayed too) and always expect daddy long legs near the beach. Kitchen is was well stocked an organized. would have liked more TP but just bought a small package.

Outstanding beach house and location

My family (young kids) and I had an excellent stay at this beach house. Honestly, the location could not be better for those interested in snorkeling, fishing, swimming, beach walking, access to the rainforest, etc. It is just a 3 minute walk down to the Seven Seas Beach, which was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed hanging with the locals on the eastern side of the beach - it was very calm for swimming, hanging out in beach chairs (plenty of shade), and snorkeling. The house came with plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, beach bags, sand toys, small cooler, and plenty of beach towels. It's also a short drive to the port towns (for boat snorkeling/fishing) and surf beaches. Things we loved about the apartment: clean, comfortable, safe, great patio, grill, cooking supplies, fans and AC if you want it, laundry, access to the pool area. Francisco was very responsive and check-in/out was a breeze. We would definitely come back to this house and this location - everything about it was truly wonderful.

Great location, near beaches and restaurants

Our family of 5 adults and 1 teen greatly enjoyed our stay in this home located within walking distance of several beaches and local restaurants. The home was very clean, and we especially appreciated the location in a gated area with off street parking. The host provided timely and excellent communications before and during our stay. Great place to stay with a family

We had a wonderful stay. Fernando was a gracious host, the house was well appointed, and we all slept well. The community pool was always empty, bringing great joy to our 5 and 8 y.o.’s. Seven seas beach was across the street! A lovely place to relax and swim. There were many local dinning experiences close by, all great. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Escape from snow with friends

Excellent condo. Enjoyed the roof too and back yard seating areas. Short walks to a few nice beaches and nice hikes. Fernando was super impressed responsive. Very secure (almost too much). Great place

This condo at Sietre Mares is excellent. Great location near beaches and restaurants, clean and well stocked, nice roof top deck with hammock, and Fernando was very helpful.

Roomy and Well-Appointed

Convenient to beaches and other activities in Fajardo. Rooftop patio was a pleasant surprise. All facilities modern and well-supplied. The best of the three places we stayed at on this trip. Only issue was the single key to get off-site or to the pool presented some coordination issues for our travel party.

Piece of paradise

Location is perfect- just a walk down the shared driveway to one of the prettiest beaches to one side and a bioreserve to the other side. Lots of space in a nicely decorated and well-kitted home with wonderful air-conditioning. Hosts were super helpful with local eatery recommendations.

Great location & space

The unit is spacious, cozy and has everything you could need! We loved walking to the beach and enjoyed the pool as well. Everything was clean and inviting. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

Family vacation in Fajardo
