Este apartamento de playa se encuentra frente a la playa Seven Seas, Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Es un apartamento totalmente equipado con cocina, sala de estar, balcón, 3 habitaciones, 2 baños (habitación principal con cama queen y baño privado, 2ª habitación y 3ª habitación: 1 cama matrimonial y 1 sofá cama matrimonial). Todas las habitaciones y salas de estar con aire acondicionado. Este es un apartamento en un pequeño complejo cerrado de 30 apartamentos con 2 piscinas, área de juegos para niños, estacionamiento para dos autos y estacionamiento para visitantes.

Las vistas panorámicas desde el balcón frontal son espectaculares. Seven Seas Beach, con espectaculares aguas cristalinas y azules y una hermosa playa de arena, se encuentra a poca distancia. Isla cercana como; Icacos ofrecen oportunidades para hacer snorkel fantástico. Los Kayak Tours de la bioluminiscente Laguna Grande y la Casa de la Luz 'Las Cabezas de San Juan' están a solo un minuto de Palma Vista Villas. En la ciudad de Fajardo, los ferris pueden llevarlo a Vieques y Culebra, con excelentes playas para disfrutar.

The location was great. Easy access to the beach and a lot of good restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was fantastic. We received very clear instructions, directions and quick responses to any question we had. Area felt safe and was perfect for what we were looking for. Would stay again.

Very clean, very spacious and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. We can right after a storm and waves around the island were huge and made being in the water almost impossible and this beach next to the house was the only place we could get in the water and enjoy.

House was exactly as described. Across the street from the beach and close distance to many restaurants. Communication with the owner was very good and prompt and they kept us informed of important information regarding the potential storm that could impact the area. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Place

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. It was well appointed, had lots of beach towels, chairs, toys, and kitchen equipment. It was an ideal location, close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, the rain forest, and not far from the ferry to Vieques and Culebra. I highly recommend this apartment. I want to go back!!

Perfect location, comfortable condo

This is the perfect location. The condo is situated steps away from the beach, two restaurants/drink shacks, and within driving distance of a week’s worth of sites. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the condo was clean, the balcony was breezy. My teenagers enjoyed sitting out at the pool. The owner was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay, providing recommendations, answering questions and even alerting us to a power issue. The poolhouse has a generator, as do the restaurants in the area so we were taken care of even with the unexpected outage for a few hours. Thanks for having us, Aurea!

Amazing Vacation

Our experience in the Fajardo area was so great. We loved the more remote beaches (Escondida!l) and the rainforest. The local restaurants were also fantastic. The condo location was perfect and had everything we needed. It was great to have a washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

Great base for Fajardo

Impressively clean and well-maintained property that is just steps from a very popular beach (and a much better, but not as well-known beach). If you want to hang on the balcony, or head to the rainforest for the day, this property can accommodate your every need. Attentive and welcoming property managers made our stay so easy.

Seven Seas Beach

Great location for exploring the northeast quadrant of Puerto Rico, from Old San Juan to the El Yunque National Forest. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was exceptional with prompt communication. We had a wonderful trip!

Perfect location for family beach vacation

Location across the street from Seven Seas beach was perfect for our young family. It may it easy everyday to walk out the door to the beach, pool, or a hike. The restaurant next door - Costa Mia - was delicious and convenient.I really appreciated the extra amenities the apartment had. Beach umbrellas and beach chairs and coolers and sand toys. The kitchen was much better stocked than most rentals, which was convenient. Very clean and the host was amazing at communicating with us. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and relaxing in the balcony. Everything was very easy, which is rare for a trip with young kids and babies. We would go back!

Perfect!!!

This property was just what we were looking for!!! Centrally located near beaches and rainforest. The unit has everything we needed, a well supplied kitchen, and a large beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Aurea gave us suggestions about beaches and restaurants and was so easy to work with. Great pool just steps from the door. Would come again!!!

Location and warm people

This was our second stay in this complex...and we just love it. Áurea, our host was more than helpful, she felt like a friend from the start. The beach is an easy stroll across the street, walk to nature preserve and walk to several beach side restaurants. The neighborhood gets lively on the weekends, joyful, loud family gatherings are a part of the experience. Infact, the place has an overall family friendly vibe. Warm and wonderful.

Condo was nice, and well equipped, owner exceedingly helpful. There is no place for recycling which should be an important concern of everyone, that is why it only gets 4 stars, but how does one assign a star value to such a huge issue.

Family vacation

This was a perfect place for us. Took the trip with our adult children (early twenties) and everyone had their own space. The condo is very large with a second floor balcony. The owner was great texting us during our stay and understanding when we arrived late. There is a restaurant within walking distance and two beaches. The beach directly across the street has shade trees. Both are beautiful. We enjoyed day trips to Old San Juan and Culebra. I highly recommend for families with older kids. We used the electric grill on the balcony to cook several nights. If you get in late, stop in San Juan for groceries as there is not much open in Fajardo after 10. We loved the trip and would definitely come back!

Perfect Place

This place was just right for our family’s five week stay. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. Everything we needed from kitchen supplies to laundry soap was provided. She even left supplies for welcome pina coladas. The location of this property is perfect. Within a short 3 minute walk you are at the beach. With natural reserves on either side of the property we took walks almost everyday. The pool was an added benefit and quite lovely. We have been to PR many times and have stayed at a variety of places. We absolutely recommend stating at Aúrea’s place. She made the reservation process easy (even with changes on our end) and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We will be back! And, Costa Mía, the restaurant around the corner is a must. The food was amazing!

Still a great place!

My family spent 11 nights here in January 2018. This was also our 2nd time in this rental. We were concerned about conditions in Puerto Rico following Maria, so I contacted Aurea and was informed that we may experience issues with power and water. Fortunately, we did not! The property was clean and comfortable. Seven Sea's Beach (right across the road) was in good shape, in fact was the best large beach we went to. In fact, there was a rather large flock of Puerto Rican parrots right on the beach. They must have blown out of El Yunqe and landed there! Very cool! The pool was updated since our last stay. Grounds were well kept and beautiful. The restaurants "Costa Mia" and "House of Pastiellos" were both up and going with great beach food. The bio bay just down the road was fantastic. Old San Juan is still full of history and has a fantastic vibe. For people who are maybe on the fence about taking a vacation here because of the hurricane, I can tell you that Puerto Rico is still sunny and warm, with great people. Yes, it has been knocked down, but it is standing back up. You may encounter a couple of inconveniences, but still well worth the trip! We will be back again, to this same rental, because it is a fantastic place to stay in a wonderful land!! Thank you Aurea! Puerto Rico Se Levanta!!!

Good but not great

I was a land lord with VRBO for years. I hope my honesty will be helpful to future renters as well as the owner of this unit. My wife and I stayed a week in December 2023 and three weeks Jan-Feb 2024. We found the unit clean, the area lovley, the owner very available and accomidating. However the unit is in desperate need of updating. In December the main airconditioning unit did not work. I was told that I was opperating it incorrectly. Before returning I was told that it wasen't my opperating skils and the unit had been fixed. It was just my wife and I in December, so we did not use the appliances. We had friends with us this time and we tried the oven the second day with no sucess. Someone showed up two days later to make sure it wasn't me and someone (not from a repair company) was there two days after that. I was told that it needed a part and it would be 2-3 weeks befor the part would come. That means the renters following me would not have a oven to use. The toaster oven needs to be thrown out. The faucet in the kitchen needed to be replaced years ago. The fan in the bathroom is so loud that one of my guest, while in the unit alone, decided to leave the bathroom door open while she showered. My wife reads every morning and as she was reading on the deck one of the high top chairs snapped and she fell rather hard. Fortuniatly she was not hurt. The washer is begging for replacement and I would guess the furniture is original. The unit is in need of updating.

7 Seas splendor

Condo was exactly as shown. Very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location across the street from park and Seven seas beach. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and close driving distance to Luquillo kiosks and beach as well as el yunque rainforest. Also bio-bay and tours minutes away. Will definately be back!

Everything we needed!

This is the third time that we have gone to this location, first time in this apartment. Everything was wonderful and exactly as advertised. Our flight was delayed and the hosts were very accommodating! Thank you for another great stay in PR!

Wonderful location, large condo. Large front balcony was nice for drying clothes, towels, shells. Would have been nice to know we would need to buy TP, paper towels and trash bags.

February Get Away

A nice unit with about everything we needed. Liked the second floor view. Had a few hiccups with the electric gate to the complex. An extra walk through gate key would be handy when our group split up. We bought a package of wash cloths. There was only one in the unit. The beach in the direction (west) of the Reserve is definitely the way to go! Only about 200 yds to the right when you leave the condo. The Seven Seas Beach to the east(left) was not very clean. A few garbage cans would probably help. Definitely rent a kayak and explore. A hike over to Colora Beach was worth it. We basically had it to ourselves for several hours. Cremaldi’s Ice cream Shop a must! We didn’t have a bad meal. You could spend a few days at Old San Juan. Puerto Rico residents are very friendly! El Yunque provides some beautiful fews but surprisingly we saw almost no bird life on a morning hike. The condition of the roads is interesting. As someone else said, “they have asphalt for speed bumps but not for potholes.” Also, police drive with the blue lights flashing at night all the time. Just to let you know they’re out there. I’ll definitely go back.
