Quiet and Clean

Check in was simple and easy. The house was clean and cozy with comfortable beds! The area was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as described. If you are looking for a getaway to Nashville this is the spot. Close enough to be downtown in minutes but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when you want. Would def stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! We took some college tours and checked out the night life. It was close to everything and the host made our first time experience the best. He was super helpful and responsive. The place was super clean and modern. I would definitely come back whenever I’m in Nashville!

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay here and loved the newer feel to the inside of the property. The loft was a wonderful addition since my husband snores! Hahaha

Nice and Quiet stay

This property was a pleasant stay. The check-in was easy and my bf and friends slept comfortably. The neighborhood was really quiet, no complaints at all with the environment, however it was slightly dimly lit at night, but we felt safe. The kitchen and euipt with anything you might need and each room and bathroom was clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent! They responded quickly and efficiently. Would stay again.

Great location, great property, quiet neighborhood, great weekend getaway.

We had a great weekend stay in Nashville at this property and was extremely pleased with the location, the great communication with the host, and the overall experience with renting this property. It is literally 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and extremely easy to get right back to this place after a night on the town. It's in a very quiet neighborhood just off of the main highways but has everything you need nearby. The host was great to communicate and reply back for any questions that we had. Property has everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

It can be very hard to find a 2 bed/bath rental - especially one that is reasonably priced. There needs to be a photo of the spiral staircase leading to the open loft as it would preclude some people from choosing this rental. The loft is completely open to the first floor, so there is no privacy and you can hear everything on the first floor. I would describe this house as bare-bones. There are 4 large plates, 4 salad plates, 2 wine glasses, silverware and several drinking glasses - that's it. There are no sharp knives or pots/pans. I also wish it had outdoor seating. Considering the very fair price and the 2 Br/2bath it's a good option if you really only need it to sleep.

Worst host ever

There was no manual, there were minimal instructions given, the parking wasn’t instructed it just says front of the building on the listing and then the host reached out saying we weren’t in the right spots, the check in information was provided over an hour after check in time, there was no mention of an additional fee for multiple pets on the listing but he charged us a total of $100 ($50 of which was charged during our stay), there was no mention that pets are only allowed in half of the loft until 16 hours into the stay, the staircase is a steep spiral staircase which is not pictured and if you have any trouble getting around would be difficult to get up. If rules were established and we agreed upon all of the hiccups mutually ahead of time, we would’ve had no issue but it was frustrating to constantly be messaged by the host that we were doing things wrong. This was my first VRBO, and it was so poorly run. These things need to be clearly outlined on the property listing or at the very least in the check in instructions.

Worst guest ever!!! Never rent to this person again. First they lied! Said they only had one dog and it would be with them the entire time they had 2 dogs and they let the dog run our furniture by peeing on it I want to report them. Then the dogs chewed up the couch and have dog hair everywhere. They also lied about how many guest they were having had more guest. Do not rent.
