House was great...pet friendly and has thought of everything...beach supplies , stocked kitchen , grill/propane for dinners in! Pool and spa was a welcome oasis very private. Location was central to everything...beaches, restaurants and stores! Neighborhood was quiet and walkable with fur babies! Communication with host was excellent responsive to any questions! Looking forward to a return visit!! Thanks Toni for an amazing anniversary trip!!

Clean home, host communicated in a timely manner, loads of supplies. Hot tub on demand. Because there was no cage the pool couldn’t stay clean. An automatic vacuum would have made this stay perfect. Excellent location.

I had the pleasure of spending two weeks here and it was a fantastic experience. The home is exactly as advertised, perhaps even better. The pool and backyard are the highlight, but the interior is lovely with a nice family room, well appointed kitchen and some of the mostcomfortable beds I’ve ever had at a rental. The owners are extremely responsive and very nice people. I will definitely return in the future.

Quiet Oasis

This property was a perfect oasis of calm in our otherwise busy days. The house was well amenitized and the owner/manager/cleaning staff were wonderfully responsive. We would happily stay here again if we were to come to the area. The supply of pool toys and games made it loads of fun for all.

Beautiful Sarasota Home

We had a wonderful stay at this open concept vacation home. The backyard is the highlight of the home with a large pool, hot tub, and spacious patio. There were plenty of chairs for relaxing by the pool and a large table for outdoor meals. The landscaping was very pretty and made us feel secluded. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay! The check-in process was smooth, the house was tidy, and we had everything we needed for our vacation in Sarasota! We loved the outdoor area with pool and hot tub and the central location to beaches and restaurants. We will be back :)

Great location

Beautiful area. House was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Wish there was a way to keep leaves and debris out of the pool. We were constantly having to clean it. Kitchen had everything! The grill needs to be replaced or repaired as it does not work properly. The out door space is beautiful and lots of seating inside and outside. Great place overall to stay

Thank you for providing us a great review, Jody. We repaired the grill and now is working properly. The pool is not caged and as a result, leaves and debris will fall in the pool between cleanings every Tuesday. We do have a skimmer on site for guests to use, if the leaves and debris get bad, but fortunately the leaves don't impact the chemistry of the pool, so the pool is safe for swimming. Thank you for understanding that there is nothing we can do to prevent the wind from blowing and the trees to drop leaves etc.

I just received a “review” from our Vrbo host. I chose not to submit a negative review but in light of the review of our stay I need to. The home was adequate. However, One bedroom had very old sheets (holes) and the bed was uncomfortable. When renting, we enjoy breakfast and coffee at home. Many pots and pans had crusted old food scraps in the pans. It frankly was gross. The kitchen insinkerator backed up every day and did not work. But at the end of the day while we were out, it drained. The master bath sink backed up after every use. The living room was great and the large kitchen worked for us. However, the above is submitted in response to negative review of us. Wouldn’t stay here again!!

Dear Dee C., We tried to accommodate you and your wife by revising the dates and length of your state several times and providing our well maintained, clean beach house during the Thanksgiving week. Unfortunately, your plan has changed again and you had to departure earlier than anticipated and left the house with clogged sinks, with full trash bins in the kitchen and bathrooms, dirty dishes and pans in the sink and dishwasher, horrible smell in the house, etc. You broke our house rules by smoking in the house. We had to work very hard to put the house in order for the next guests. On top of that you requested to get you money back for the last night and because you didn't got the amount back you wrote this review to us. If I were you I would be ashamed and would apologize to the owners for the mess I did in the house and leave some amount to the cleaning lady to take care of the your mess/smell.
