Summary:
This luxurious condo is exactly where you want to stay on your vacation or visit to Traverse City! This condo is just minutes away to local shops and restaurants along with being just a short drive to multiple award winning wineries! This condo is equipped with all the necessities and is the perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring Traverse City or surrounding areas. Did I mention this condo has has West Bay views? Carefree check out is included!

The Space:
The spacious living room features a large cozy Ethan Allen sectional that duals as a pullout sofa and has a large smart TV. This condos modern and luxurious feel makes it the perfect place to gather after a long day of exploring!
**No cable, streaming capabilities only using your own personal login!**

Located right next to the living room you will find the well stocked kitchen! If you are planning on staying in for a night and wanting to cook a homemade meal this kitchen has all your needed appliances, basic dish ware, cookware, and cooking utensils. This home hosts a Keurig and 4 k-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot! (Also included in the kitchen is 4 dish pods, dish soap, hand soap, a sponge, 3 trash bags, and 2 paper towel rolls)

Next, walk into the primary bedroom which features a cozy queen sized bed, closet, and a desk for if you plan on working from the condo! (All linens included) You will also find a full bathroom stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

*Be advised this is a second floor unit and there is no elevator in this building.

Planing on staying a while? No problem, there is a laundry room at the end of the hall with a washer, dryer, and sink! (4 washer pods and dryer sheets are provided)

Difficult communication with host

All this texting and emailing is becoming tedious. Why not just put somebody on the phones to answer quick questions that should not need 48 hours to answer. Let us TALK to an agent who can help us find what they want. And to begin the search always with dates of travel can be backwards for some people who are flexible. The whole website is a mess and I resent having to use it exclusively.

Short trip to TC

Check-in was smooth and exactly as the written. Entered the place to find it impeccably clean and exactly and the pictures showed. Great location only a few minutes from all the main attractions Traverse City offers. Will stay at this location again.

Essentially Ideal!

Great place and price -- especially for a getaway for two. Location is just off of the main drag (Front Street); close enough for a warm weather walk to downtown, and far enough away from traffic. The unit has all of the essentials, and is clean, modern, and stocked with all you need (not overly cluttered like some places). If you're looking for a quaint, convenient, and well situated place to stay; this is a can't miss!

Slabtown Convenience

The property is located in the ideal location to walk to Front Street for shopping and eating. We were also able to walk to the renovated Grand Traverse Commons and enjoy the many shops. We enjoyed a meal at Sleders and ice cream all within walking distance. distance.

Great place!

The place was very clean, in a great location, Riley was very responsive when anything came up. Plenty of towels, bedding, easy instructions for how to use the blinds, etc. We would definitely book this place again!

Close to everything

Great place within walking distance to all downtown had to offer. The property is quiet and clean. Lots of restaurants and shopping as well as outdoor activities like pickleball volleyball cycling and running. Mattress is extra firm if that's your thing.

Modern Condo

The condo appeared new, very clean, good location on the outskirts of town with easy access to the Leelanau Peninsula, thus avoiding all the construction and traffic in Traverse City. I would agree that a full length mirror on the back of the door would be a great asset as well as a chest of drawers perhaps in the bedroom closet. The 1 bedroom condo worked well for a couple with no children.

Slab town

Excellent stay . Loved the location . Could walk out my door and get coffee in am. Ice cream at night lol (opened till 11 at night). Ran down front street. And neighborhood Felt very safe ! Would watch people playing pickleball directly across (was tempted to go and buy paddles ).

Beautiful place, dog park view was a plus, very entertaining! Comfy bed. Agree with other review that a full length mirror would be nice in bedroom. Oops, ran out of T.P. Leave more please. Overall, would highly recommend.

Slabtown Gem

We highly recommend this property located in the Slabtown neighborhood in Traverse City. The condo is clean, nicely furnished with top quality linens and towels and within walking distance to downtown TC and the Commons. Communication with the host was very easy with an immediate response usually. We would certainly stay here again.

Girls trip

We had an awesome stay! We were surprised we could actually see the water through the trees and enjoyed watching dogs play at the dog park. The location was great!
