Esta unidad que admite mascotas es de un dormitorio con literas en el pasillo y un sofá cama que lo hace cómodo para 6 personas. Cuenta con 2 baños y una cocina totalmente equipada con sombrillas y sillas de cortesía disponibles todos los días de la temporada. Hay internet de alta velocidad y una lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. Este es un condominio en el último piso del edificio 2 que se enfrenta al hermoso Golfo de México en Maravilla. Tiene una vista impresionante del Golfo y la piscina.

Maravilla Resort es una comunidad de playa de 33 acres cerca de todo lo que Destin, Florida tiene para ofrecer. Cuenta con 2 piscinas (una climatizada), 1 bañera de hidromasaje, canchas de tenis y mucho estacionamiento. Simplemente cruza la calle y estarás en las playas de azúcar blanca más hermosas del mundo. View with a short walk to the beach!!

The condo was the perfect size for two friends since it had two bathrooms. We could easily have had one more guest. It was neat and orderly - no fuss, no frills. Loved that we only had a very short walk (even tho we had to cross the road) to the beach. Also loved that we could see/hear the beach/ocean from our balcony.

Perfect location!

Everything was great. The beds were super comfy-even the bunk beds. Everything was super clean and the view from the balcony is better in person. We had only one minor issue. With it being pet friendly, the rugs in the kitchen and living area had a stinch of dogs. I let the listing agent know and she was horrified for us haha! She offered for her husband to come pick them up immediately. We are not the complain-type of people so it was really not that bad. A little fabreeze and it was fine. But something to note if you have a sensitive nose or allergies. Other than that it was perfect. And with it being such a huge complex, you would think it would be noisy, but not at all. It was all quiet, even throughout the day. Great place! Will stay again!

Great view and property!

It was a great property with an amazing view and access to the beach. Very clean and nice beds! If we come back to Destin we would definitely stay here again. My only complaint would be that the front door had a gap in the bottom corner that needed sealed, you can see light through it during the day. Luggage stands or something to put your luggage on would have been nice too.

Great vacation spot

Beautiful condo - amazing views, efficient use of space, adorable beachy decor. Nice to walk to restaurants and GREAT beach access... they even set your umbrella and chairs! Small condo great for our family of four - the girls (6 and 9) loved the bunk beds.

As advertised, the view is fantastic. The condo itself, not so much. The grout in both bathrooms was nasty. Not certain it is mold, but the grout is unbelievable. The caulking in the master bath looks like a child did it. We had to purchase a mat for the master bath tub because we slipped and nearly fell. The bottom line is that both bathrooms are in need of a complete do over. I was told new cushions were purchased for the patio seating, but there is no cushioning to the cushions. Same for the two inside chairs, almost unbearable. The fan blades in the living area are nasty and would be easy to clean. All in all, the condo is very lacking.

We always appreciate feedback and do thank you for this. That being said we would have appreciated a call or email concerning these issues while you were here. It is disappointing that we did not know you had any problems until you sent us an email days after you departed. Upon receiving your email, we called you and discussed your concerns. We also let you know that this condo has a brand new owner, who only had one week prior to your arrival to fix up the condo. Instead of cancelling your vacation the new owners worked diligently during the week prior to your arrival. The owners painted and bought new furniture, including a new king sized Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress with adjustable head tilt. As for the bathrooms, these have been addressed since your departure and more new furniture purchased. As a gesture of good faith we compensated you monetarily for any inconvenience you experienced. Again we appreciate a discussion while you are here versus after you depart as we have no opportunity to correct anything for you once you leave. Thank you for your understanding and please know the new owners have worked very hard on this property and are committed to continue updating.

As stated in other reviews, the view is fantastic and is what’s the best feature of this unit. I feel that for the rate that is charged for the stay, the interior should reflect that amount. It appears that whenever this unit was purchased, the cheapest and bare minimum furnishings were provided. Trying not to sound petty, but the one dishrag was old, threadbare & dingy. There was no glass shelving in the baker’s rack which made trying to store items a challenge. The kitchen utensils and cookware were pitiful. The faucets in the bathrooms were 1980s style, acrylic handles. The couch sunk very low in the middle and was uncomfortable. The cushions on the balcony chairs were torn to shreds. The vents and air return badly needed to be cleaned. If the owners would take a month’s rent to update, it would make for a more enjoyable stay. On another note, I would definitely book through Becki again as she is very accommodating & responsive.

Great view, but run! Buyer beware

When you walk in to the room, the view is great. Shortly after you enjoy the view, everything else goes downhill quickly. The bathroom had mold buildup that hadn’t been cleaned in probably a decade. I thought the bathroom grout was black, until I saw the sections by the wall were white, yikes! The scariest moment was when you turn on the water in the master shower; the hot water dial was molded through. The section with the heaviest mold was the hot water mark, so at least you gauge the temp by the mold build up... I hate to make light of it, but it was disgusting. We left two days early and will never rent this location again.

Property is ok. I won't stay here again. I prefer something a little more upscale. The kitchen and bathrooms are horribly outdated. The grout throughout is black and needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I'll book again with Becki, but will make sure it is an updated property.

Exactly as presented!

This property is just as it appears in the photos. It was clean and bright and the bed was super comfortable with lovely, soft linens. I was surprised that the traffic did not even phase us...that had been a concern. Have absolutely no complaints...I would stay here again. Becki is the best, quick to reply, go out of her way to help and always responsive. DO be AWARE: There is NOTHING left in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper and all the cabinets are full so storing food items can be a challenge. For "sleeps 6", storage for personal items, clothes (as there is only 1 small closet), etc. is extremely minimal with most of it being in the one bedroom.

Very nice property, our unit was close to the elevator, Very close to the beach. People were friendly. My only complaint is the towels were pretty worn. We liked it enough to book another unit as this one was already booked for next year.

Best View in the Complex!

This was out first time in Destin and we absolutely loved our stay. This unit is right over the pool so you can see the kiddos swimming from the room and has the most amazing view of the ocean being on the 4th floor. The unit was spacious enough for the 4 of us. The amenities were all as advertised and was walking distance to several nice restaurants.

Great Location

We love Maravilla and this condo was great except the couch in the living room is worn out and desperately needs replacing. When you sit on the center of the couch it sinks way down and is hard as a rock. You can't sit on either end of the couch because you tilt towards the middle. The chair in the living room is in okay shape. We took turns sitting in one of the dining room chairs the week we were there. Other than that everything else was great.

Great Condo

This condo was great! Everything was just as described from the description and photos. The beach and location were also great. We have been to other parts of the gulf before, but this might be one of our favorite areas. It's not too crowded with high rise condos in the area, but there are plenty of things to do within 10-20 minutes. We also loved that our greyhound was allowed to come on vacation with us. I think she had more fun that we did.

Great Place to Stay in Destin

My husband and I recently returned from this great condo. Everything was exactly as described and portrayed in the pictures. It was tastefully decorated and was extremely clean upon arrival. There was plenty of room to spread out and the furnishings were nice and comfortable. The balcony was private and provided an excellent view of the beach. The air conditioning worked really well, which is a big plus for me because I tend to be hot-natured and don't sleep well if the room is the least bit stuffy. Another thing I really liked was that this condo is located on the top floor, so there isn't anyone above you bumping around and making a lot of noise. It was very peaceful! Even though Scenic Gulf Drive runs between the complex and the beach, it really wasn't a problem for us. The walk down to the beach was very short and it was so convenient that the beach chairs and umbrella were provided. If you are unfamiliar with Destin, this is located in a very nice area; all of the surrounding condos/homes are high quality and just a mile or so down the road is a gated community of million-dollar beach-front homes. At the same time, the drive to our favorite restaurants wasn't too bad. Just down a couple of miles down the road (toward Sandestin) is a place called the Whale's Tale--of all the places we ate for breakfast this place was our favorite. The greatest thing about this place to us is that it is pet friendly so we were able to bring our 4-legged furry friend. I would highly recommend this condo to others!
