Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports.

Palmar Sur is closest (~30 minutes) and has one flight per day in/out of San Jose, while Quepos is approximately 45 minutes from Ojochal and has multiple flights per day on either Sansa Airlines or private charters.

We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.


Villa Júbilo is located in Ojochal and is known as one of the best foodie towns in all of Costa Rica (the most well known restaurants are Exotica and Citrus). Ojochal also offers easy access to Playa Ventanas and Playa Tortuga, great and beautiful beaches. Be sure to visit Playa Ventanas, famous for its sea caves.

For those who enjoy golfing, the southern pacific’s only golf course, Osa Golf Course, is an easy 8 minute drive south from the Ojochal entrance.

Villa Jubiló is part of Ojochal's newest residential development in the area.

Guests will meet with Osa Property Management Team Member for check-in at a predetermined location and then be escorted to the home. After check-in, guests have unrestricted 24 hour access.

The home and the pool are for the exclusive use of guests at Villa Jubiló. There are no shared spaces.

Villa Jubilo comfortable sleeps up to six (6) guests with a king-sized bed in the Owner's Suite (en suite bathroom) and two other bedrooms
Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed
Bedroom #3 has two single beds - perfect for groups with kids or with non-couples traveling together.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. In addition, there are ceiling fans throughout the common area ensuring constant fresh mountain air is circulated throughout the home.

The kitchen, living room and outdoor living space all flow easily due to the open floorplan.

The kitchen is well-equipped to ensure that Guests have everything they need to prepare their own meals (or have the concierge line up a chef for you).

The back patio has views of the mountains that surround Ojochal, a private swimming pool and a covered patio, providing year-round enjoyment. In the afternoon, be sure to have your camera and cell phone ready to record the scarlet macaws feasting on the almond tree on the property (we can't guarantee they will be there however, most days they are).

The living room has a 50-inch SmartTV connected to the internet so guests can enjoy their favorite streaming platform.
Owner's Suite has a 43-inch SmartTV (Guests will need to have their own credentials for Netflix, YouTube, AmazonPrime).

For those working or "attending" class, there is a dedicated desk space with FAST internet - over 200 MBPS - some of the fastest available internet in Ojochal.

On-site laundry is available to use (no charge).

There is space for two vehicles in the driveway (room for one vehicle to be in the covered garage).

The home is easily accessible by any kind of vehicle. Ojochal does not have UBER and private taxis are not always available. The roads to the home are paved except for the last 30 meters.
