MAR Y Sol es un hermoso condominio frente al mar de 3 habitaciones con dos baños y medio de baño en 1800 Atlantic. Disfruta de la suave brisa desde tu balcón privado de 60 pies con una fabulosa vista del océano Atlántico.

Mar Y Sol ha renovado la cocina y los baños.


Mar y Sol tiene una gran demanda, por lo que durante los alquileres, solo de sábado a sábado. Si aparecen brechas tomaremos estancias más cortas y llenaremos las brechas.
          
El distrito histórico está a menos de 1,5 km. Estás literalmente a 1 minuto a pie de nuestra increíble piscina y burbujeante jacuzzi, incluso teníamos una sauna en el lugar. Para los entusiastas del tenis, tenemos la única pista de tierra batida en la isla de Key West.
Quédate con nosotros y estarás de vuelta.

Esta unidad solo acepta reservas semanales durante nuestra temporada alta con llegada el sábado y salida el sábado. Habrá algunas ocasiones durante la temporada baja que haremos una excepción a esta regla, pero deberá llamar a nuestra oficina para consultar caso por caso.

The oceanfront deck was huge with great sunset views. The condo was spacious for 3 bedrooms and all rooms have access to the deck. The place was a bit dated.Would stay again...

Very relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, great place. Lots of balcony space and indoor space. Perfect location to views, pool and ocean access and Duval Street. Beds were comfortable and had all necessary linens and towels. Moonlit nights on the balcony was so relaxing. Loved the pool and hot tub. Was nice having a covered parking garage space.Complaints: Late check-in did not run very smoothly after an almost 16 hour drive to the property, but between security and the property manager on duty, issues got resolved. After a delayed check-in, found flying “ant” bugs all in master bedroom and master bathroom. A lot were dead from what appeared to have been fumigated but there were still plenty alive and crawling on the walls, floor and other areas. The condo had flying bug spray so we used that until we could call maintenance to try to kill more of them. I understand you may have some bugs, but the bad part was, once the bugs were killed prior to our arrival, no one cleaned them up. There were hundreds of these dead flying ant bugs lying on the master floor and bathroom floor. I feel someone from housekeeping or property manager should have had someone come in and clean the dead bugs off the floor.Only other complaint would be the shower. Super nice and big but it was so open. If you like a nice hot, steamy shower in the master suite, you won’t get that here if that matters to you. I could get the water to warm, but the water never got hot and the shower is wide open so nothing to hold heat in.I say all of that to say, I would rent from here again. The bug issue..... once you sprayed a couple of times, they went away. Also, the shower, it’s a preference issue and not a deal breaker.The condo is really nice and I would encourage others to stay. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I wish I would have been given a heads up on the bugs and shower.

Our concerns were addressed immediately. Rental needs some upgrades to make it more comfortable but overall it was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views.

Love this condo for the views and it had enough space for the whole family to spread out and not feel crowded . It had easy access to the pool and parking was right below it. I liked that they provided plenty of towels, hand soap, toilet paper and blow dryers for our trip. The condo was about a ten minute drive to Duval street which didn’t bother us because there is plenty of pay to park spots all over Key West. One recommendation is I wished they had screen doors on the sliders. There was one propped up but didn’t fit the frame. I would highly recommend renting this condo.

Key West Sunsets

Beautiful sunsets from the pool area, and our balcony! The unit was roomy, well appointed, with many amenities. Close to some wonderful food options. We would highly recommend this property.

Mom just loved her stay!!!

I live and work here in Key West, I wanted to get my mom something special for her visit to Key West. I found it! Such a great spot to sit and read a book and enjoy the view. Very safe and Secure building. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you!!!

The apartment was large and has a lovely view. The negatives are dishwasher which needs repair, the low water pressure in both bathrooms, the lack of enough drinking glasses and the living room couches which are ripping and should be replaced. We liked the pool and hot tub and the apartment was clean and tidy.
