The living room is bathed in natural light thanks to the sliding glass doors and large windows. It has a 60" flat-screen tv, vent-less gas fireplace and comfortable furniture. The large partially covered deck adds almost 600 square feet of additional living space, with patio furniture and a grill for barbequing. You will have access to a 2-man kayak and life vests to explore the beautiful Case Inlet and nearby islands. Go for a swim and relax on the floating swim dock. Dig clams for a fresh, authentic PNW dinner. Or sit back, relax and watch the local seals, otters, eagles, and whales. Guests have access to the entire upper level. Downstairs daylight basement is off limits. The spiral staircase inside the house is also blocked off and not to be used. Full private access to the yard, the private beach and the fire pit.
