Beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bath recently built home with 3 outdoor pools. Great area for the family but also quite enough to relax. The neighborhod is save and very family friendly. There is a train that passes by the neighborhood about2x a day about 4 houses down. Super convenient to Oldtown (vibrant town) and I-25 for your commutes. Granite countertops. Very equipped kitchenette. Private yard; you will still have to go outside and around to use the yard.

Not accurate to pictures or description

Bed room was packed full of unnecessary furniture, you could barely move about the room. (Not at all as bedroom was pictured in profile) Train went by at 1am each night, not mentioned in profile. Couldn’t control AC or Heat, even though the profile says you can. No bath towels and sheets on bed. Not too happy about our stay.

Many things wrong

There were pet stains on the carpet in the bedroom. We did not get to check in on time. We had to wait two hours after check in time then said she would refund me the night. I only got $38 back. There was only one regular towel, hand towel and wash rag. We hd to go buy new towels, we had flown in so this was a pain. We had to wash all the bedding and covers for the furniture because it stunk. After we got the place clean to our standards the stay was okay. The neighbors were up late night hours, and their dog would bark. The train comes by twice in the night. The neighborhood was safe and very clean. Like I said once we got everything we needed and clean the stay was okay.

I apologized for not being able to check you in on time. Unfortunately, it was due to circumstances out of my control and that is why I offered to give you a discount. We took gabs of bedding out of the house when we left. The bedding and covers where clean and had just been washed before putting them on so it surprises me that they stunk. I had 1 set of towels per person. I didn't charge you a cleaning fee (usually $75) so in my mind I thought I did take a night off your stay. I should have explained that further or just left the cleaning fee and taken off the night...I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Inaccurate description and very unwelcoming hosts

I stayed here for about 9 days while waiting to move into a new place in foco during a gap between leases. Overall, I had a pretty negative experience here for a lot of reasons, and really regret staying here over other properties/hotels. 1- Pictures do not match the current state of the apartment. It is extremely cluttered. In the bedroom is a random desk with a computer monitor in the corner of the room, with a giant ugly dresser and armoire. You can barely walk around the bed. Not cute. 2- Bed was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up every morning with searing neck pains. It appears to be an old and well-used mattress as it has stains on it. Bed also creaks with every slight movement. Awful, awful. 3- No number or way to contact the host. I had to call vrbo and get the hosts number. 4- No wifi password listed in apt or any other welcome sign. Had to call host, which was an ordeal. 5- No way to control a/c in unit, got very hot. 6- Poor construction of the house. Window in bedroom didnt shut all the way. 7- One of the owners/residents/whatever was outside of the house while we were unpacking and he was pretty unfriendly towards us. No hi hello, kind of just grunted at us. Felt pretty unwelcome, despite having stayed there 9 days. 8- They say there is a yard but dont include pictures, for good reason. It is pretty sad, containing a weird patch of astro-turf and rocks. Stay elsewhere!
