Upon entering this home, you'll immediately be greeted with a view of the Pacific Ocean. Walk a few steps in and you will be struck by the spacious and light-filled living area with its numerous large windows providing stunning views. The stylish furnishings create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. There are two sitting areas, one near the wall of windows, while the second is centered around the fireplace (non-operational) and large flat panel TV. A leather recliner is tucked into the corner and is the perfect nook for reading.

The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly into the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could need to prepare your family's favorite meals and snacks. There is a small dining table inside with 4 stools for guests to dine.

A single door leads outside, where you can relax in the ocean-facing deck with a barbecue grill, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining with family and friends. Sit at the picnic table or on the wooden benches that run the length of the deck. Steps lead down to the wooden walkway that leads to a second patio area that directly overlooks the beach and Haystack Rock.

The primary bedroom on the main level is a true retreat, with a plush king-size bed and ensuite shower. The main bathroom is shared with the main living area and has a double vanity and large shower. Additionally, there is a separate powder room off the living area. Just outside the powder room is a stacked full-size washer and dryer behind a curtain.

The second and third-bedroom are on the upper level and offer the perfect space to kick back and unwind after a day at the beach. The first provides two full size beds, while the other has a King bed and futon.

Located just three houses from the beach access, this property is the perfect place to enjoy all this area of the Pacific Northwest offers. Walk the beach, or drive a couple minutes to be in downtown Cannon Beach where you can dine at numerous restaurants, or browse in any of the unique shops and galleries throughout the downtown area.
