The inviting interior is furnished for contemporary comfort, with vibrant coastal tones and an open-concept layout designed for family gatherings. The full kitchen is equipped for home cooking. Smart TVs are equipped in the living room and bedroom for home entertainment. Additional home features include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a shared washer/dryer.

Great location on the beach with a lovely pool area. The mattress is not the most comfortable, but I’ve slept on worse. It would be nice if they stocked the unit with a small cooler and plastic beverage containers that could be taken to the pool area and beach. There were none so we bought a couple and left them in the unit as we didn’t need more at home. Overall I think the unit was a good deal for the price. Would visit again.

The property and stay itself were great. However, the listing said it was dog friendly free of charge, as was onsite parking. Once I was brought to the Vacasa listing I was informed that parking was 40 and it would cost 175 to bring our dog. Had I known that before booking, I would not have booked this place. Aside from the hidden fees and the poor communication from Vacasa our stay was wonderful. Clean property, great location

Great location & very nice pool. I was very disappointed that we were not made aware that you were charged to do laundry. We spent around 60 just to wash towels for the week. Couldn’t walk barefoot throughout the condo because the floors would leave your feet black.

I would give it 4 out 5 stars. Would definitely stay there again. Only 1 coffee mug, pizza pan and no pizza cutter. Used a knife. Nice and close to the beach.

The pool was super clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. However, we had no TV remote for the living room for the entire stay. We had no lights for the living room or above the dining table. Outlets did not work in the living room or by the dining table. Several carpentry errors. Also, there was no where I saw that we had to buy a parking permit for our stay (did not see it in an email or in our place) and our car almost got towed. We had no number to contact the owner of the building so we spoke with the vacasa/vrbo people and they were very helpful.

Our unit was very clean. We really enjoyed the stay and parking was very convenient and access to the beach was convenient. However our neighbors above did not abide by quiet hours and were very loud. That would be the only down side of our stay. We really enjoyed the property! We will be back to the area!

Unbeatable for the price.

Support staff picked up and helped with my only issue promptly (very minor problem). The location is perfect, walking distance from everything. My family had absolutely zero problems during our stay at all and would 100% stay again

We got there to check in after 4pm and the room was still being cleaned and had to wait another 45 minutes. The room was clean and nice. The ac kept raising the temp on its on and would wake up sweating. We listed 4 guest and they gave us only 4 towels and wash rags. Be careful closing the door on the balcony it will literally bust your finger open. Other than that it was a decent place.

ENJOYABLE TRIP.

Few issues. Nothing to complain about. Rental was a 5star. Pool was fabulous. Beach was great. Easy access. Only negative was parking. Wasn't enough space to put vehicles side by side and open doors to exit vehicle. Ourselves and the other guest only had one vehicle so we worked it out. It would have been an issue if we had multiple vehicles. I would recommend to others.

Honeymoon Trip 6/15-6/22

When we first arrived on the property it seemed fine, We didn’t really do a thorough inspection. However, a few days into the trip that’s when we noticed a few things. The first thing was behind the bed (which was not very sturdy) was ANIMAL FECES looked like a cat. Gross! The second thing was the broken plug by the bed with exposed wires. The third thing was the crack in the wall by the sink that allowed for tiny ants to pop out say and hello whenever food was around. We did however like that was remote (by the beach, close to restaurants, local stores.)

*****DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY*****Pull out bed incredibly squeaky. Oulet broken in bedroom.Incorrect remote for tv in bedroom.Popcorn ceiling coming off in bedroom and water stain on ceiling in kitchen above refridgerator.Floors disgusting, and overall lacking basic cleanliness. Dishwasher falls out when racks are open.Oven door missing screws so not entirely secure. Poor communication and lack of care from the on site property managment as these issues were brought up when we arrived and when we had only a day and half left of our trip they offered to have the room cleaned.No child locks on doors. I have stayed in this area many times and this is the first time ive encountered a place this dirty. The saving grace was that the location is great. I would have looked past all the other things mentioned if they would have taken care of the cleanliness as soon as it was brought to their attention. If you have young children who crawl or play on the floor i'd steer clear of this place. We wore shoes the entire time inside because if not our socks and feet were looking like we belonged on the flintstones.

Dorty and out of date thst needs multiple things fixed.

Saving grace was the location. Other thsn that the wntire unit needs deep cleaned and multiple things fixed loke the stove door not screwed on one side, dishwasher(falls out when rackopen) brokrn outlet in bedroom, popcorn ceiling coming off.

Affordable condo

Nice place. Complex is older but not bad. Great pricing. Easy beach access. Balcony faces street side so not ideal for relaxing but as stated, the price is right. Nice pool but could use more frequent attention with leaves and pine needles removed but not overcrowded. Pool access can’t be beat, it’s right at the bottom of steps and parking. Some restaurants within walking distance. All in all, pleasant experience.

Not really satisfied

Pros: Great location right near the beach. Beach is extraordinary clean and beautiful. Cons: This “First Floor” condo requires you climb a flight of stairs. Although Amenities list Washer/Dryer, they are down a flight of stairs, across a courtyard where you pay to wash and dry your clothes. Furniture while fairly clean is worn out. You sink deeply into it. Good luck getting up. Summary: Ok for a short visit, but not a very comfortable place to stay. I give it a 2 out of 10.

Weekend Getaway

Our stay here was great. Unfortunately it was a quick trip. The location was perfect and it was good for the price. The code worked on the door every time and we had no issues with check in! The only things that could be improved would be the light switches working in the front entrance/living room and the beach chairs were broken.

We were there for our anniversary and for the most part we had a great time. The beach was amazing .

The place was nice and we enjoyed the two recliners. The only problem we found was with the bed. One side was too close to the wall which made it hard for one of us to get out of the bed in the middle of the night. We thought about moving the bed over some but then it covered up the electrical outlet.

Awesome location, home could use some general maintenance

You really could not ask for a better location, close to EVERYTHING! They supply you with 2 packs of laundry detergent, 2 dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge , a roll of paper towels and toilet paper which was really nice! The beds were less than comfortable we found ourselves in the living room chairs more often than not. There are no extra blankets for the pull out couch or in general. There are also no dish towels or potholders making getting things out of the oven entertaining. The shower pressure is amazing and there is a nice size tub if you have littles!
