Great stay!!!

Had a great time here for our 4 day stay. Beach access is extremely easy to get to. pool area was wonderfully maintained. Condo itself was very clean and roomy. So close to shopping and many great restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place to stay and I plan on rebooking in the future for sure!

February 2020 Stay

Our week was awesome! We had great weather except for the last day, which was just perfect for shopping at John's Pass. Surf Song is a great location, with great accommodations, staff and other guests. Will definitely be back next year!

Smoking policy

Smoking policy..... Surf Song needs more smoking areas on its location ....I don’t mind smoking in locations but you could add more area maybe by the grill area & in the parking garage area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Surf Song was great. The family atmosphere was the same it always is. We haven’t been in 7 years and it was good to go. The management though was not the best. The people in the office were very rude. The unit was only stocked with 4 towels for 4 people for 7 days. When we asked for more they said “This is not a hotel...do laundry”. I am on vacation...I do not want to do laundry. The unit was also only stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 7 days. I was surprised they gave us another roll.

It's all about the view and location, location, location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed for 9 days in Studio Unit 227. This is the 2nd year I have stayed in this unit. The view is incredible, location in the building is very convenient. Although the condo could use a little sprucing up it was perfect for me. Be aware that this building and it's interior is very old so don't go expecting a 5 start resort. A new roof was being put on while we were there so hopefully the renovations will continue.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at Surf Song and we will be coming back again. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be that maybe the mattress needs to be replaced. The first year we were there we were amazed with how well the outside maintenance was kept but this year we noticed it wasn't done as well; clean for the most part just not as well as the previous year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was great but the property was dirty and looked rundown. We have been staying at SurfSong for a long time and have never seen it in the condition it was in October. The walkways were filthy dirty, the paint was peeling up, the pool was dirty, the shuffle board area needs repaired, trash cans were over flowing and there was rats around the pool area and the parking garage. My parents stayed in a separate unit at SurfSong based on our recommendation and said they would not stay there again based on the condition of the property and their unit. In fact they booked at a different property for next October. We will be returning to the area in April and will see how the property looks at that time.

Reviewer Comments: Our room was just fine but we were very disappointed that rules were not enforced. There were so many big floats,toys,roudyness,beer cans always in and around the pool everyday that we were there. Towels were draped on pool fence along with clothing and all this mess was left overnight by the guests in the large group we couldn’t take a picture in the morning because of the way it looked. We had to ask several times for them to move or turn down their radio because we couldn’t hear our tv in our room. Nothing was ever said to this group by the management. Very disappointed
