From the moment you arrive at our Evian condo you'll start a new vacation tradition of a lifetime. This secluded, minimalistic and modern condo is located in the Coligny Beach area on Hilton Head Island in the Shipyard Community sin the heart of the activity with a peaceful, relaxed feel. With beach access only 1 mile away and just 1.5 miles from Coligny Beach, shopping and restaurants, you are in right in the of Hilton Head scene.

Evian 105 features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The living space is open to the kitchen and dining area and has new hardwood floors and fresh neutral paint. There is a queen size pullout couch too. The kitchen is equipped for all occasions whether you want to cook and eat in or order out. The teak cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and large island makes this the ideal vacation hangout.

Evian is a small, quiet condominium community with upscale touches located 1 mile for Coligny park and surrounded by southern oak trees draped with Spanish moss. The beach is a short mile away and there are 3 golf courses in the development. The pickle ball courts, tennis courts and heated pool with lounge chairs and tables are a short walk of our condo. We had a wonderful stay! We asked the host for food recommendations, and every spot was so yummy all just a short bike ride away, which made exploring easy and fun. We tried Hinoki, Ruan Thai, and Java Burrito, and they were all fantastic. Overall, the condo is in a great location..not far from the beach, with great restaurants and grocery stores all within biking distance. We really enjoyed our time and highly recommend stay here!!!

WONDERFUL PLACE! The kitchen is large, well-equipped, and made it easy to cook meals throughout the trip. The beach is beautiful, easily accessible and close by. We loved having bikes...we used them to ride around the island everyday to the beach. The property felt very safe, was spotless, and clearly well cared for. We will absolutely rent this condo again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was once again outstanding. It was very clean, with charming decor. Beaches, restaurants and shopping are nearby. You are close to everything but the property feels secluded and private. The golf courses, tennis courts, and pool were great for our family and we love the bikes! Cheryl was easy to work with and great communicator.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Having bikes was a huge plus as we could bike around and on the beach. The pool and tennis courts are very close and without many people. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great Stay!

The condo is as advertised. It is one of the cleanest and well maintained rental properties I have ever stayed in. It is in a great location, close to everything and the 4 bikes are a nice touch. Cheryl is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Hilton Head.

Perfectly Located, Immaculately Clean, and Fully Stocked!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo! The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained, making us feel right at home. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. The location couldn't have been better—we were able to bike everywhere and didn't even need a car for our entire trip. It was so convenient to have everything within biking distance, from restaurants, grocery shopping to the beach. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this perfect spot again!

Met all our needs!

We had a nine night stay at this property and it definitely met all our needs - and more. Very comfortable, quiet, airy, and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with essentials and everything we would have needed to cook full meals (including pots, pans, spices, etc.). Location within complex was great - near pool and tennis/pickleball courts (all racquets, etc. at the condo!) and walk or drive to beach. WiFi was solid and allowed me to easily work and conduct Zoom calls. Host was very responsive. Look forward to another stay in the future!

This place was an absolute 10 out of 10. Honestly, if I could give it a higher rating, I would. The house was spotless, like shockingly clean. It truly felt like the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, which made the entire experience even more relaxing.One of my favorite things was that I didn’t even need a car. Everything was either walkable or an easy bike ride away, and the house already had bikes available, which we used constantly. It was so nice not having to worry about driving at all. We rode bikes everywhere. Even the grocery store was close enough to bike to, which was incredibly convenient.There were so many great restaurants, shopping spots, and thrift stores nearby, and we walked or biked to so many places with ease. The location really couldn’t be better.On top of all that, the host was amazing. Anytime we had a question or needed recommendations, she was quick to respond and so helpful.I’m beyond happy with my stay and will absolutely be coming back. This place was truly amazing from start to finish.

Fabulous 4th of July Fun

We stayed at this lovely condo for 4 nights over 4th of July weekend. The condo is modern and well appointed. It has everything you could want for a stay on HHI— 4 beach bikes which we used daily, beach chairs, pull cart, umbrella and towels. There are tennis racquets and balls, pickle ball paddles and balls, games, and books. The living space is spacious and bright—plenty of room for four adults the stretch out and watch a movie pn the very large smart TV. The two large bedrooms also have smart TVs and king size beds. The porch off the dining room has space for eating and relaxing. The condo is in the Shipyard Plantation and has a pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, and community beach access with nice restrooms and chairs and umbrellas for rent. It’s a fantastic location from which to explore the by bike or car. The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We look forward to stay here again.

Very good location and amenities

3 of us stayed the week of Labor Day, and had not vacationed at Hilton Head before. 105 Evian is in a nice secluded area of the island, but close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. We made good use of the pool, which is a short walk away. The bikes were in good shape. This villa is large enough for at least 5 people. It appears to be well taken care of. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect weather

Weather was fantastic! The condo was close to the pool which was convenient. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of amenities including two bikes that we used a lot. The kitchen could use a little updating, but was well stocked. We arrived after a 12 hour drive at 6 pm only to find that the condo had not been cleaned. Sam was quick to respond and a service arrived within 20 minutes and cleaned the whole condo in 1/2 hour while we waited on the deck. We are frequent visitors to HHI and normally stay in Palmetto Dunes, this was our first time at Shipyard.

Clean and comfortable

Comfortable bed and couches. Very clean. Close to pool, though quite frigid in April. Bike paths easy to navigate. Beach takes ~20 minutes to walk, but in off season there were close parking available. Nice variety of cooking and baking dishes. A few suggestions: 1) oven mitts without holes...burned my thumb; 2) trailers are not allowed to park here. I wish this would have been stated on the website. With a large family traveling from New England, we brought a trailer to haul our beach gear, luggage, etc. We ended up having to rent a storage facility for our trailer. It just would have been nice to know so we could have planned accordingly.

Everything was great during our stay in this home: very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Easy heck-in/check out. The gated neighborhood is safe and beautiful. The owner provided two decent beach cruiser bikes plus direction and discount to rent more if needed - with free delivery/pick up right from the door it was super helpful!

Recommend to all.

Upon arrival place was not clean. I could tell Sam the owner was not pleased with this and I sent him pictures. Within 2 hrs someone came and cleaned all kitchen floor dining are and Vacuumed the living room. Now it was all good after this mishap right at the beginning. Place has plenty of room nice decks around back. Great BBQ gas to cook whatever. Kitchen had all the things required but definitely needs an update. Both bathrooms looked recently updated and the walk in shower was nice. Sam gave us easy to follow instructions for the TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. We only used one bedroom as it was just two of us. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home to anyone looking for a good stay. Beach close, pool even closer, but extremely cold outdoor pool. But fun I'm sure for younger ones. All in all a very pleasant stay and Sam was very prompt with any questions.

Relaxing last minute vacation

My husband and I booked Sam's place last minute, and are happy that we did! This spot is a very great location in the Evian community (and Hilton Head in general). The pool is in walking distance and the beach access at Shipyard is a short drive away. We took advantage of the board games and puzzles and enjoyed the restaurant suggestions provided which made it a little easier to choose where to eat dinner. This was the 1st of many trips to Hilton Head and understand why people fall in love with life on the HHI. We look forward to going back in the future!

Great Stay in Hilton Head

My family and I really loved this property in Hilton Head! The condo was very spacious for our family of four. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable! The outdoor deck was a great place to unwind at night. Easy and beautiful bike to the beach. We also loved being close to the Shelter Cove Marina where we did some fun excursions with Outside Hilton Head. Owner was very responsive. We hope to be back!

We love Shipyard and Evian is an amazing set of condos, the best in Shipyard. There are mature trees and beautiful landscaping throughout yet steps from the beach!

Our villa is freshly renovated with a new kitchen and flooring throughout. We also updated the furniture. It's sunny and spacious with all the kitchen elements you need.

Our villa is on the second floor and has vaulted ceiling and tons of windows allowing the sun to flood the living space making it bright and cheery. We are in the center of the Shipyard complex with super easy access to the beach, golf, shopping and restaurants around Coligny Beach.
