1bdr 1bath 550sqft furnished apartment in East Williamsburg, 7-min walk from L train, which takes you to Union Square in Manhattan in 13 minutes. This is my comfy home made for long term stays.

WFH-ready for (2) people. (1) Living room: plug your mac into the usb-c hub, and it will connect to 34" ultrawide monitor, logitech keyboard, mouse, webcam and yeti mic. Use the standing desk & Herman Miller chair.

The space
You will be on the top floor of a three-story apartment building. The building only has 5-6 units, so it is relatively quiet.

This is a true 1 bedroom apartment, your bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway are all distinct areas.

3rd floor walkup, no elevator (typical of NYC). There is a buzzer that you can use to let amazon delivery or uber eats into the building.

Kitchen includes gas stove, microwave, airfryer, blender, kettle. There is no dishwasher (typical of NYC) but rubber gloves and scrubber provided.

There is no washing machine (typical of NYC), but laundromat across the street who will wash and fold an 8lb load for $10.

If you have two guests, one could potentially open up the futon in the living room and use the provided extra pillow and bedsheets.
