this is a SHARED space with 2 other bedrooms that other tourists are using. Your bedroom is your private room with a digital door code lock and you share the common areas with other guests.
With great bars and other amenities all around, this well situated quiet & spacious home is perfect for single, a couple or a threesome in this well situated property.
2 Min. walk to Subway around the corner will whisk you to Manhattan within 10 minutes..
Great bars, restaurants, grocery shopping, dry cleaners & other amenities are all around close by....
Around the corner there's Stand-Up Comedy & Jazz shows 3 nights a week, + Disco party nights.....
The kitchen is well-equipped, functioning kitchen with an oven, stovetop, a refrigerator, microwave, toasters, kettle, coffee maker, various kitchenware, Etc.
There are 3 full bathrooms with a bathtub (one across from the room, the other 2 are upstairs).
A cozy Living/Dining room with a sofa bed too.
The bedroom is a "Triple Room" that can host up to 3 adults featuring 2 beds, one queen size for 2 adults as well as another single bed to cater a 3rd adult.
You have garden views from the bedroom, in addition – there is a large closet, cupboard, a working station with desk & chair as well as strong fast free WiFi (as well as another working station for your use in the Dining/Living room). Large full-size mirror and a window overlooking the green back yard where you can witness special birds coming to feast and sing...
Brand new private A/C unit can make the room as cold as you want for your convenience.
The house also features a front patio for smoking or sunbathing

You will be on ground-floor (street level) - is convenient for Wheelchair/disabled access, no need to climb any stairs up floors during your stay.

Enjoy amenities like a hair dryer, heating, WiFi, washing machine, clothes dryer (reach out to manager for assistance in wash), and an iron, and a nice back garden for BBQ or for peaceful work on your laptop.

Close to Subway and bars all over - this is one of the best locations in Williamsburg!

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
Williamsburg is by far New York’s most booming neighborhood; A straight 10min shot by train (L)/car ride to Manhattan across the beautiful Williamsburg bridge.
Throw a dart on the map in our area and you’ll find a comedy show, jazz hall, art showing, vintage shop, or a bar with spirits from all over the world. And the journey to these places is all walking distance; meeting characters from all walks of life with the most fascinating stories throughout your stay!
Have you wanted to eat at an authentic Jewish deli for brunch, stumble upon a street vendor who makes tamales with a secret recipe known from many generations, or you could swing over to the waterside by domino park and order $1.50 happy hour oysters (Sea Wolf), save room for dinner and experience a Mexican fine dining of foie gras with pineapple and many other tapas (Xixa), level up at a bar/ coffee shop serving till 2am (fiction) before finding a disco on top of the Williamsburg hotel seeing the spectacular skyline of Manhattan while hanging poolside? Well here you can do all that in a 15min radius!

GETTING AROUND
There is street parking, but I don’t recommend bringing a car to New York as public transit is easier and faster.
M, J, G, Z train lines a 5 min walk from the house L train 10min walk.

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE:
There is free street parking on our street however it is depending on availability. Personally, 95% of the time I find a parking spot right outside the house, however, sometimes I have to drive around the block a couple of times, it depends on if it's a busy season in NYC...

There's one full bathroom in your apartment, if you would like to use "Bathroom 2" & "Bathroom 3" upstairs you will have to reach out to the manager for the door code of the upper apartment.
If you want to use the Washing Machine & Dryer - please ask the manager and he will do it for you.
