We had a wonderful week at Laguna Sunrise. The house was perfect for our 3 generational family of 15. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. We appreciated being in a private gated community away from the crowds, even though it was at least 15-20 min, drive to get to restaurants, grocery, and other Gulf Shores attractions. The house is just steps away from the nice-sized community pool and an easy walk to the beach.

Wonderful property for our 15 member family (ages 7 mos. - 70) to enjoy the waves, the sun , and the pool! Nicely stocked kitchen. plenty of towels and linens. May need to provide your own dish towels and dishcloths. Beautiful , well maintained property!! Hosts were very attentive

We loved our stay at Laguna Sunrise! It was very spacious and accommodated our large family well.. As always Beach Ball was great to rent through and very accommodating when we needed to add extra days.

Beautiful house, clean, well stocked, and convenient to beach and pool. Really enjoyed our stay as an extended family of 17.

Amazing time at the beach

What a wonderful week spent at a beautiful home, Laguna Sunrise. We had ample space and were delighted to find the kitchen having more things like mixing bowls than mentioned in info. Beach and lagoon access without having to cross traffic. Couldn't be happier with our time in Gulf Shores.

Wonderful house, great memories!

Fall break'26 with family and friends. We've stayed in several houses in Laguna Key and this is one of our top favorites! Pros-House was spacious, clean , and the kitchen well stocked. Great views with quality finishes and balcony / deck furniture. The two refrigerators and ice machine were awesome and a plus for our group of 16! Neighborhood felt safe and our kiddos (and me!) enjoyed bike riding and also did a lot of fishing at the pier! Short walk to the community pool (which is awesome) and beach access. Cons- neither garage door opener worked on arrival. I did get one side working but the other side did not have any power. This neighborhood is strict about garage doors being closed but it was difficult to reach door to manually pull down each time. I did call and text about this but no one came to check on the door. The tennis courts were being redone and not finished and that information was not relayed to us. In fact , the information stated that they had redone the tennis courts. We had some pickleball/tennis players looking forward to that and a little disappointed. We did see some ants and they did send someone for that issue. We did have to leave early because of a mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Isaias! We did love the house, made some great memories and those few issues wouldn't stop us from staying again! Highly recommend this house and BEACHBALL Properties!!

Beautiful home

We loved this house. It has a beautiful view and is a short walk to the beach. It's peaceful and very relaxing. The house has a lot of rooms and bathrooms and is decorated beautifully. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Beautiful Home

The house was absolutely beautiful, immaculate clean. We enjoyed the location of the home being away from the hustle and bustle of condos and restaurant crowds on a secluded section of the beach. Definitely one of my favorite beach rentals!

Family vacation

My wife and I as grandparents try to have a vacation every other year with our kids, their spouses and the grandchildren. This house was great. Enough room for everyone to sleep, close to the beach and right next to the pool. Our grandchildren range from 18 months to 19 years old so there was a mixture of children and the house and location was great!

The place was nice and the community was quiet and away from big crowds which is what we like. My only real complaints is that the house did not come with a grill and we had to run to Walmart to buy one and also the master mattress felt more like a college dorm mattress.- it could really use updating or even just a topper bc right now you feel the springs. Other than that the house it self was lovely and management was quick to respond when we had issue with upstairs thermostat.

Amazing Place

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for years and have stayed in Laguna Key almost every time. This, however, was the first time staying at the new Laguna Sunrise house. This is a brand new house and we were the first or second family to stay there and man that was a real treat. The house is perfect for families and has the space for two or three families easily. Beds are comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The smart TVs in all of the rooms was a real cool feature as well. All you do is sign in to your streaming services and you are good to go. The views of the lagoon are right outside your window and the beach is almost literally across the street so you get the best of both worlds in this location. the pool is a few feet from the house so you have access to that whenever you want. All I have is positive things to say about this place. If you get the chance to stay there do it you won't regret it.
