Welcome to Sippin on Sunshine, a beautifully designed 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom beach house just a few blocks from the ocean in Gulf Shores. This spacious retreat sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably, making it ideal for large families or group getaways. Five of the bedrooms feature plush King beds, while the sixth bedroom is set up with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds—perfect for kids or teens. There's also a cozy bonus nook with an additional Twin-over-Twin bunk, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Inside, the home offers entertainment for all ages, including a pool table and foosball table for hours of fun. Outside, you'll find your own private pool, which can be heated seasonally for year-round enjoyment. Whether you're lounging poolside, walking to the nearby beach, or enjoying a meal with loved ones, Sippin on Sunshine has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. With its unbeatable location, family-friendly layout, and resort-style amenities, this Gulf Shores gem is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and unwind.

Our entire group could not say enough good things about this house. It made us feel even more like we were on vacation. We had 13 people (11 of which were teenagers) and we never felt cramped. The location is perfect and it had wonderful amenities. Definitely would stay again!! Thank you!

The home was very spacious and clean. The pillows were excellent. One of the bathrooms upstairs (connecting room) had low water pressure. The home was refreshing after a long day out and about. It is located very close to the beach. The outside showers was an excellent touch that way sand is not carried throughout the home.

I am giving this home 5 stars because it’s a beautiful home in a wonderful location. There are a few things I think that need some work. The pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos. Not sure if this is just a good photogragher or meant to be but just expect more of a dipping pool and not really swimming unless you have small children. This is an expensive home and they provide almost nothing. There is one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hardly any extra towels, no laundry detergent or dish detergent, not even a sponge to keep the sink clean. We came prepared but still needed to go to the store many times for these types of items that most rentals especially at this price provide. No beach gear provided either, although I can understand this Lastly. We had issues the entire time with the digital door. the door knob fell off while we were there and they came to fix it quickly but still couldn’t leave til resolved and also, then the batteries went out on the door and it would not light up or lock. At the point we were about to leave but still a pain for us and not ideal given our short 3 day stay. The home is lovely and a good choice just beware of the minimalItems provided when staying there and really need to bring a lot and come prepared. Items like shampoo in showers and stuff aren’t required but nice touches for expensive property’s for sure.

Absolutely loved this home and location. Plenty of parking. Clean. The home is beautiful and in a perfect location. Within walking distance of several restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. Loved the pool and game room. Twent minutes from Orange Beach and the Wharf. We took in a concert while there.The only complaint is the description of the amenities needs to be clearer. There is not an elevator but one is mentioned. (Must be for a different listing)Bring your own condiments if you plan on eating at the house -including salt and pepper. (We did-but it’s not in the description they are not provided) We had to rearrange sleeping plans for the 14 of us based on an elevator but had to change everything because there was no elevator. It was not a big deal but feel like it should be stressed in the description. Especially when even the check-in instructions include how to use the elevator.There are 12-15 steps to the main living area with the pool/kitchen/2 bedrooms are located. But 4 bedrooms and gameroom are on the 3rd level and another 12-15 steps. Some of our party could not go up and down the steps and had to take the 2 bedrooms on the main floor, leaving some with bunk beds who did not plan them. We also did a shrimp boil and grilled. Going up and down steps with the food in 100 heat wasn’t the easiest.But we still loved this house and would rent it again. Just now know what to expect.
