Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Take advantage of our special discounted rates during our property improvements! Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. At least 1 pool will remain open during this time. Enjoy the white sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico when you book our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full baths condo that sleeps 8. This condo is equipped with a full kitchen and supplied with everything you will need to prepare meals when you come in from a long day on the beach. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the balcony just off the living area or wake up in the master bedroom with king bed or the 2nd bedroom with two queen beds with full windows for the amazing views as well! In addition, the sleeper sofa, sleeps 2 comfortably! Our condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. All furniture is new! Condo 1203 is located in Tower 2 on the 12th floor - very close to the Lagoon Pool. Four beach chairs and two umbrellas are provided in the condo for guest use.

There's a great amount of amazing traditional food and seafood spots throughout the area! We are actually located just down the beach from the world famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar.
