Perfect for our family of four, 3 adults and one teen. We traveled specifically to kayak Rainbow River. The house was perfect for a weekend trip and very quiet. The fire pit was a great bonus for the chilly weekend. Property was exactly as listed; very clean too. The host was easy to contact, response time was quick. Zero complaints!

We needed an inexpensive place where we could stay with family, socialize, and relax. This place checked all of those boxes plus it was close to other family members and to local attractions. We loved our stay.

This home was perfect for us. We came down to see our grandson to get married. My daughter came by almost every day. The grand kids were able to stop by as well. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Took a bit of getting use to the temperature control but the host was very accommodating. It was quiet and we took walks around the neighborhood. The host Marsha was very prompt in answering all our questions. She was absolutely wonderful. A big shout out to her.

Family Visit

We were in Citrus Springs to visit our daughter and son-in-law. The home was just what we wanted. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and is near our daughter. The host was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to our needs and requests. We would like to stay here again.

Great New House

Great place close to Rainbow river that is in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and pet friendly! It has a small backyard that is fenced in. The owner was very helpful and we had an easy check in and check out Don’t look any more, this place is perfect and very new!!

Perfect stay in a fantastic home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is brand new, less than one year old. The home is well equipped with everything we could have needed. Super comfortable beds, and living area was big enough to comfortably have family over for a birthday celebration. Anyone looking for a VRBO in Dunnellon, Crystal River, or Inverness area will be so happy with this choice.

Disappointed with some things

I was disappointed with the lack of kitchen appliances and knives and the such. We had to call the 1st day because there was only lukewarm water. We had very poor water pressure. The house was lovely but the hosts could have been better. I hope they get more utensils In the future. Loved the big backyard but didn't appreciate the camera pointed at the grill. The only camera should be for security. We left the house spotless, no one would have even had to had to clean it .

Patricia, we obviously would never rent you again as we have never had bad reviews. We went above and beyond for you like we always do for our guests and it was not appreciated by you. We promptly responded to your request and showed you how to run the water, nothing had to be changed. We took your left back item for you to your relative without hesitation. Please show some gratitude. The house did require extensive cleaning since you had a dog.

The property was great for our month long plus a few days stay. The beds were very comfortable and the fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog. Marsha was a great host, responding to our needs within a short period of time. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but could use some additional items such as serving bowls and sharper knives.Our only issue, and it wasn't a big deal, is that guests cannot control the temperature of the house. I went back to the property description and looked to see it it was stated in it, and could not find anything about the temperature control. It's probably fine for short stays, but for our longer stay, we would have preferred to have our own control.Marsha was very responsive to changing the temperature when we asked.
