The space
This family friendly house is located near three wonderful beaches in San Juan, Puerto Rico in the beachfront Punta Las Marias neighborhood.The reclaimed land that used to be the mangroves sanctuary. The structure of a house is a custom-designed concrete module used since the 1970s with accentuated high ceilings, ample tiled terrace to enjoy equatorial ocean breeze evenings. This house near the beaches is fully fenced in and safe for families with kids and pets. The beachfront neighborhood is famous for its beaches, restaurants, bars and metropolitan public residential housing complex with live bands concerts and fireworks during Christmas and New year's traditional festivities. The island vibes are exhilarating from sunset to sunrise!

Welcome to the beach 'Playero' house near the best beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where you will feel at home and will sleep heavenly! Easy self-check in with lockbox on the left behind the second gate. Huge covered parking for your vehicle.
I'll be there assisting you with all of my attention to assure restful and enjoyable stay! One bedroom has two XL-twin-sized beds that can be converted into a king-sized bed, upon your request.
Other things to note
One room has two XL-twin beds, which I can turn into a king bed , upon your request. I have supplied beach, recreational and educational entertainment.Please, don't get scared of occasional garden insects,- it's difficult to avoid them in the tropics completely in the casa- terrera,house on the ground, despite weekly treatments😁. Minor rust on metal is due to a 250meters proximity to the ocean.
