A great room with dual sofas facing a large flat-screen TV A set of sliders gives entrance to a whimsically tiled patio with a postcard-perfect view of Harbour Town, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the salt air.

Those harbor views also fill the dining room, with seating for four in the round and easy access to the kitchen. Set on granite counters, a full suite of stainless-steel appliances creates the perfect place for creating gourmet dishes while gazing out toward the lighthouse.

Comfort and spaciousness abound in each of the three bedrooms. In two of them, you’ll find a plush queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan amid tranquil surroundings, with both guest rooms sharing a spacious bath with a massive walk-in shower. In the owner’s suite, the four-star amenities expand to include a king-size bed along with a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV in a space that enjoys a private balcony as well as an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

perfect view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to HHI for decades, and this location was outstanding. This is our first time renting with Island Time, and their communication and service was very good. As we had one very cold day, the heating could not keep up and the apartment was quite chilly, but otherwise had all necessary equipment. It would have been nice to have local TV access, but we used the streaming service we use at home without problem.

Million Dollar View, Twenty Dollar Chairs, and No Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, let me say Island Time is wonderful. They were there for everything I need and made our time as relaxing and happy as they could. The unit was clean. I mean clean. I went over everything and even above the refrigerator and everything was spotless! I did encounter a plunger in the master bath that was flipped up and had unmentionables on it. I simply put it in a bag and sprayed around it. I did not complain about it. Again, Island Time was fabulous. The unit was nice, could use a bit of updating. My only complaints were, well no pool access and the beds were so hard. All three rooms were so uncomfortable. A simple good mattress topper would really help the situation. The Pool access; I had read reviews and rented. Later I really read more reviews and way down, I read "no pool". I understand is under $1000.00 per year. Charge more and get the pool. Who wants to come with no pool in the heat of summer? Island Time did make us happy the best they could. The deck could use some better chairs. What a gorgeous view. I have stayed in about 10 condos in the Harbor over the years. Beds and decent chairs to relax in at evening time have never been an issue. I can not speak of the kitchen equipment. I did not cook in much. I would grab a few more larger coffee cups, we all laughingly fought over those. The Condo needed a air return installed in the hallway. It kept giving us warnings about the air being too hot and not cooling. It simply couldn't get a true air reading the way the halls were. Island time sent people over twice quickly when we received the codes. It never got overly cool, but there were extreme heat warnings while we were there and very hot. Id would give Island Time a 10 and rent from them again.

Memorial Day weekend stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from 953 Cutter Court was spectacular! We really enjoyed out stay so much that we extended it by one night. However, we did have an issue with check in. I arrived before the office closed and no one was in the lobby - which is fine - but our packet was not left in the basket to pick up. After several calls, someone did come out and found our packet behind the desk.

Great Stay

This property is very nice and located in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. The property managers at the rental company called us ahead of our arrival to inform us that the unit next door was have some renovations done. They were very quiet and did not bother us. Great stay all around!

Bowl game watching

Great location. Comfortable accommodations. Recommend a larger TV. We were there for New Year’s Eve and to watch bowl games.

Bathroom doors

Be nice if you could close the bathroom doors w/o waking the whole house. Need to shave them down some so the close easily. Otherwise all ok

Best view ever!

I can’t say enough about the location and view of this condo! It truly has the best view of Harbor Town in Sea Pines and we enjoyed every minute of it! We also never missed a sunset! We had three couples and an infant in a multi-generational group, and it perfectly met our needs! My ONLY “complaint” was that there was no pool access. We knew this before we booked, so it wasn’t a surprise, but we all missed the ability to jump into a refreshing pool after one of our scorching days at the beach. We would pay extra for that access. I also appreciated the offer of extending our stay for a day or two when there was availability. I could have stayed there permanently!

The condo was a great set up and had everything we needed. The staff from Island Time was terrific. Very responsive and helpful before and during vacation, My only complaint would be that the King bed was not very comfortable.

You can walk right downstairs to dining and shops. This unit also gives you access to the Harbour Town pool located right at the entrance to the parking lot of this condo. The patio gives you great views of ships and sea life. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Views!

The condo was just beautiful and the location was perfect for our family! The penthouse was clean and very comfortable. We had a mishap on checking in after hours and could not get in touch with anyone. Their office mailbox was full and no other emergency numbers are provided. It was very frustrating. Communication prior to checking in was also scarce. It started off on a sour note but ended up being a wonderful time with family.

This condo is great but needs a few changes to make it better: 1. bedroom doors squeak and wake others up. 2. Bed in room w/desk needs replaced, old, very soft, not well made. 3. Ceiling fan on porch like other units to enjoy longer time on patio during summer heat. 4. Door to master bath is too hard to close shut. 5. Hallway to elevator has strong smoke/cigar odor.When renting from Sea Pines Resort, they don't require guests remove all trash from condo before checking out. This was a surprise requirement renting from Island Time and not a positive task to end the vacation.

Great Property

Everything was fantastic, the communications, getting access to the unit, communications with the host. Location was amazing. I will definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit and enjoy the best of Hilton Head.
