6101 Hampton Place-Oceanfront Escape! 4-Night Stays Available.

This spacious 3-bedroom 3-bath ocean-front villa is located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen offer spectacular views of the gardens, pools, and ocean. The kitchen features beautiful, granite, stone, and stainless. There is a bar with a wine cooler and a desk area for work or school. Relax easily on the large balcony which connects to both the living room and queen bedroom, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments, while a separate private balcony is off the king bedroom. Each comfortable bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything you need for an island escape and only a few sandy steps to the beach.

*THE ELEVATOR WILL BE DOWN FROM OCTOBER 27, 2025 until sometime in 2026. Work will be done Monday through Thursday, 10 hours each day, until completed.

***WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO BEGIN 11/18/25. 5302 Hampton Place is in Wave 1 which will begin 11/18, each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Please keep in mind, weather permitting and dates are subject to change. Scaffolding will only be used on the parking lot side of building and man lifts will be used on the ocean side. Please inquire with any questions.

Awesome Stay!

We love Hampton Place and this unit did not let us down. Communication was prompt and clear, the unit was clean and very well kept, and they even had beach stuff in the laundry room for us to borrow. Great place to stay!

We had a great time staying at the condo in Palmetto Dunes. They had everything we needed included a wagon and a cooler for the beach! Lovely view and great location. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location, view and amenities

We stayed here for a pickleball tournament at Palmetto Dunes and it was the perfect location to ride bikes to the courts then relax in the ocean, pool and hot tub after playing. Great layout and views.

Wonderful place to stay!

Condo was beautiful and very spacious. It had everything we needed and more. I would absolutely book with this rental company again as the communication was top notch and the condo was well equipped. Wonderful location too.

Great condo with a beautiful ocean view

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The hosts went out of their way and left a sweet gift for my mother‘s birthday. We loved that we each had our own bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Service!!!

This unit is in a great location that gives exceptional views of the beach and the ocean. Overlooking the pools of the complex too! Also, during our stay The Vacation Company was awesome to work with as they were always available and replied to communication (via text) quickly. We extended our stay a couple of days and they made the process seamless. Highly recommend and look forward to working with them again when we go back to HHI!

We just completed a spectacular family trip at this property. It was perfectly located, in a beautifully maintained complex. The pools were wonderful with plenty of cushioned chairs, umbrellas and nice bathrooms. There are gas grills available along with a covered eating area. We used them for lunch one day and everyone really enjoyed it. The condo was plenty big enough with a nice kitchen and dining area and 2 balconies overlooking the pool area and close enough to hear the ocean waves. There were beach towels, a few beach chairs and a nice, big cooler available for use. My only suggestion is to repair the blinds in the main living space. We had one person sleeping on the pull-out couch that was awakened early each morning due to the broken blinds. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely book again!

Convenient to everything

Location is ideal. Short walk to pool and beach. Beach is not too crowded. You can walk or bike to a general store and a restaurant within minutes. Kroger and many more stores and restaurants are about a 5 minute car ride away. It’s easy to get very comfortable here and not want to leave. I could definitely see us coming back to this same rental. Ages 18 up to 74 thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

Great Location

This is a lovely property in a great location. There is so much room and storage! The management company was fantastic and it was so easy navigating rental through check out. I gave it a 4 because it could use some up dating - the porch furniture is old and the dishwasher rack needs attention. The pool was really dirty but it got a lot of use since the beach was closed due to riptides. We had a wonderful vacation despite the little annoyances.

Nice unit in great location. Patio furniture is near end of like. One window is not in its track. The vertical shades in the living room need to be replaced. These are relatively minor things.
