This newly constructed 3-story cabin is located just minutes from action-packed Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, and offers all the comforts of home and then some! Lazy Bear offers incredible amenities, such as a private indoor pool, mountain views, a game room, wifi throughout the cabin, easy access into the cabin and has parking for 4 vehicles (two vehicles near the entrance and two more vehicles on the lower level),

Main level:
Walk in and experience this open Great Room with large HDTV, stack stone gas fireplace and comfy furniture with a queen size sleeper sofa!
The beautiful Master Suite with king size bed also has an en suite attached bath with a walk-in shower! Doors open up to a wonderful deck with two rockers just right for relaxing and taking in the sounds of nature!
The kitchen, very modern and well appointed with stainless steel appliances, has a bar that seats six just right for having a cocktail with friends while you cook or simply entertain!
The deck area located just off the kitchen has a glider bench and Adirondack chairs with a gas grill that is excellent for barbecuing! There is also a partial view of the mountains to enjoy while you grill that perfect steak!

Upper Level:
The loft upstairs has a pool table for a quick round of 8ball and a Multicade arcade game for hours of fun! The floor to ceiling glass windows give you great scenery while you play!
The Master Suite offers a large comfortable king size bed and an en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower!
Just outside two Adirondack chairs await you on the deck for some rest and relaxation!

Lower Level:
Downstairs from the main level you find a bedroom with a queen size bed and twin-over-twin bunks with a half bath attached - perfect for the kids to enjoy near the pool area!

The indoor pool room is where you find a gorgeous pool equipped with a rail for safe entry and exit. Relax in the wicker chairs while supervising the kids or just enjoy some downtime!

The deck just off the pool room has a relaxing hot tub with chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs just right for a group of friends or the whole family to enjoy and make beautiful memories!
No pets unless it is a certified service animal.

We had a fun filled family vacation. The cabin is great and in the most serene setting. There is plenty to do in the area and the views are spectacular from the mountain. Ricky, the host, is quick to respond to any and all questions or issues.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

We had such a lovely stay here!! The host was communicative and accommodating and the house was so cool. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Hope we get to stay again!!

Excellent wedding group

Lovely cabin. Parking took some getting used to. Be wary of gps directions as we were routed in a big circle when actually it is a more direct route to pigeon forge. Coffee pot is a REAL coffee pot not a pod type. No big deal… if y expect a larger crowd we did bring fold up sports chairs for extra seating and fold up tables for more serving area. Great family experience

Great stay

We had a great stay at this cabin. Host was reponsive to a minor issue with water in fridge and was quick to get it fixed. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable and relaxing. Would highly recommend to others to stay in the future

Amenities bust!

Checking in was a breeze and the host was very responsive! The only issue was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub, specifically the hot tub. Very disappointing considering the cost of the stay and that being the reason I booked this specific cabin. The water was brown and had a brown slime ring around the hot tub. The pool could also use a good scrub down. The host even mentioned the hot tub is cleaned and drained after every stay which is clearly not true. The beds slept great and everything else was fine.

Disappointing

The hot tub had green slime, the grill was very dirty, the blinds were broken, the rug in the living room was curled up on side and we kept tripping over. The listing states 7 minutes to Dollywood; however, it was a 21 minute drive. The manager was responsive but did not apologize for the issues with the property and argued that we mapped/drove the wrong route--the reason it was twenty-one minutes. On a postive note, the beds were comfortable and the place was clean aside than the noted issues in this review.

Great Family Vacation

My family had a great stay! The cabin was beautiful. Very clean and everything looked new and well maintained. We stayed with our teenage sons and the indoor pool, hot tub, and pool table were highlights for everyone. The layout was perfect for us, everyone was excited to have their own room. The cabin was up in the mountains up a narrow windy road. The view was great! We had two bears come up to the porch our first day, the kids were thrilled!

Amazing cabin with something for everyone

The quality and amenities of this cabin were incredible. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyed by all. The pool table and video games were so much fun. The beds were high quality. Overall it was amazing. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Great place to stay!

Very clean, lots of entertainment. Couldn't figure out the cable but never asked, we didn't need it. It is pretty far up into the mountain but a quick drive.Would stay here again for sure.

Girls Trip

The cabin was wonderful!! It was conveniently located to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin has lots of room. With a TV in Al the bedrooms!! The kitchen was well stocked if anyone wanted to cook! There were lots of restaurants within a few miles. It's a perfect place for a getaway!!

The property was easy accessible and just far enough out that you were able to escape the hustle and bustle . The rental itself was absolute perfect . It was very clean and very spacious . Communication with the property manager was easy and they were very quick

Amazing cabin and million dollar view

This was one of the best days we have ever had in the Pigeon Forge area! The cabin was just immaculate. Very quiet. Fabulous views. Nice new appliances and very comfortable bedroom furniture. The owner really goes the extra mile to make sure that people are comfortable. We had a couple of issues involving Wi-Fi and the gas logs. He was right on it! We were not inconvenienced in the least. Just knowing that somebody really wanted us to have a great stay made it a great n stay! The cabin is very convenient to almost any place you would want to be in the area. This was one of our best visits to the area, and we would stay in this cabin again in a heartbeat!

Stunning Cabin Perfect for Family Vacation

Our family of 5 stayed a week for fall break, the cabin was everything it said it was and more! Peaceful location, still close to everything, even had a bear visit us almost every morning!! Ricky was very responsive when we needed to contact him! Would stay here again!!

I would stay here again this place was amazing the view, cleanness and it accumulated my family very well enough space for everyone to have room especially when you have teenagers. The drive was not bad at all from stores and downtown. The best part is we got to see bears right off the back porch. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay will definitely book again.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Everything was clean and the check in and communication with the host was great. The cabin was beautiful and peaceful. The only thing to mention is the pool was so cold that the kids couldn’t swim in it without freezing and had to get out within 15 minutes due to shivering and the indoor pool was the main reason we booked this cabin. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.
