The cabin was absolutely beautiful and well cared for. Communication with the host was phenomenal and they were so kind. The pool was a perfect temperature! We have a 2 year old and 7 year old and they loved it. I also loved that there were baby gates on the stairs which was an added bonus. I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was!

Hands down this house was amazing and perfect in every way, beautiful layout with awesome built in amenities, location was very close to all the nearest attractions, this was exactly what we were looking for! Want to also give Cody a big shout out, a pleasure to deal with, stellar communication, cabin was super clean and fully ready for the stay, and thankyou again soo much for helping us out!

The cabin was cozy! Three bedrooms on 3 different floors. Bottom bedroom doesnt have a shower in its bathroom and stays a little warm due to the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with snacks and everything needed to cook. Top bedroom stays cooler than the others but still comfy. The cabin was decorated for christmas and was super cute! All stair cases have baby gates which is super uncommon and very nice if you have a toddler. We had a wonderful time!

Family had a great stay! This cabin worked great for our family. We had such a great time in the pool and hot tub, it was hard to get the kids out. It was stocked well with everything needed in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels and the bed were comfortable. Highly recommend this cabin!

Our stay was amazing! Cody was a great host and very accommodating. Couple things I would say. There is no early check in. If you get into town early, occupy yourself. Also, it's a community helping for food and household items. I would do inventory before shopping. Otherwise the stay was super nice! Cabin was very clean and very spacious. We made it our home for 6 days and didn't want to leave! Pool and room was warm and clean. Hot tub is drained after every stay. Very beautiful cabin! And plenty of memories to be made!

Amazing cabin with pool and hot tub

We had an amazing weekend ,staying at this cabin. Its very beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We loved the pool, hot tub, and game room. The host was amazing and very accommadating. 100% recommend!!!

Perfect Family Getaway!Our stay at Bear Splash in Sevierville was absolutely perfect for our family of four — with plenty of room for friends if we wanted to bring them along. The host, Cody, was incredibly responsive and courteous throughout our stay.The cabin was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, which was such a nice touch. The thermostat is maintained by the host, and the temperature was comfortable day and night.Our kids (ages 5 and 8) had everything they could want right on the property and especially loved the porch lighting, which made the evenings extra fun. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days at Dollywood or hiking the nearby trails — pure bliss!The best part? The location! It’s so convenient to everything — no winding, scary mountain roads to worry about, which was a huge relief for me. Access is super easy! While the cabin doesn’t have a big mountain overlook, it makes up for it with a cozy forest feel that’s peaceful and private.We’d definitely stay here again — a wonderful family retreat!

Incredible property!!

The cabin was IMMACULATE!!! The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and personalized to our group. The cabin was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Not even dust on the baseboards or a stray cobweb. The pool was perfect for our tween girls and the hot tub was perfect for the mamas!! Literally everything you’d want and more for a Smokey mountain retreat. The games, the pool, the kitchen, the hot tub, the kids preferred to play at the cabin instead of any of the other fun activities we were within a few minutes of. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing!

I just have to say, this cabin was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its beauty.One of the aspects I appreciated the most was the thoughtful decor; every detail was carefully chosen, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Especially with all the Christmas decor It's clear that the owner put a lot of effort into ensuring that the cabin had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable getaway. We truly cannot wait to return to this little piece of paradise. Our experience was made even more memorable thanks to Cody, who was an exceptional host. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. His hospitality made our stay even more special, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Spring Break

Property is really nice, Cody was a fantastic host. questions were answered very quickly. We did not experience any issues with anything in the cabin during our stay. The retractable gates at each staircase was really nice as we have a very active 3 yo. The kitchen was fully stocked and we did use the gas grill one night which was excellent. We did not use the hot tub at all, but used the pool everyday - perfect size for my two kids! They loved swimming in the pool. The location is also excellent very close to shops/dining. The only note I would make is that the listing says each room has a king size bed however the room with the bunk beds is actually a queen - not a big deal for us as we didn’t really need all three bedrooms. Overall an excellent property, would definitely recommend and would definitely book again!
