One of two historic waterfront cottages off of 1st street in Cedar Key, Florida! Now under new management! This charming 2 bedroom cottage boasts an amazing waterfront location! Sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee with views that are unbeatable. The home features a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a king sized bed in the guest bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs! Enjoy a wonderful screen porch with windows to warm you in the winter months with amazing views of the Gulf! Eva Mae Cottage is within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. It's always a great idea to explore Cedar Key by foot or bike. If you want to see a little more of the island, rent a golf cart for your stay! There is plenty of outdoor seating by the water to take full advantage of the incredible views! Rate note: A 3.5% Credit Card Fee will be applied

Perfect spot to unwind!

We've visited Cedar Key many times, and this trip was all about relaxation. Eva Mae’s was the ideal spot for it—clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. We spent most of our time on the screened porch, soaking in the amazing view.

Very Relaxing

What a great place to stay for total relaxation. Eva Mae’s is a nice house and you can’t beat the location. Have stayed there in the past and would definitely go back. Cedar Key is going to be rebuilding for awhile but they’ll get there. Ate at steamers, Island hotel and Cedar Key Pizza, all were delicious. You’ll love to stay here. One suggestion is a grab bar in the shower for safety reasons would be nice.

Wonderful home

Loved this home and its location. Walking distance to center of town and sunsets. Enjoyed the quiet area without a whole bunch of people around. Home had a welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable cottage in a great location

Cottage is located in the perfect spot, it is on the water as well as walkable to everything in town. The cottage is beautifully decorated in a fashion that captures Cedar Key. It has a well stocked kitchen and excellent bathroom! The enclosed back porch (which can also be completely opened up), offers wide open views of the gulf, while the front porch is a great place for visiting and relaxing. I would add that Pelican Realty is great to work with. From past experience I know that they are easy to contact and will take care of problems quickly!

The property was beautiful. We only had one problem. The water in the shower was not hot enough. We contacted the property manager. They replied they would send someone over to check it out. We never saw anyone or not another reply.
