Highlights about this condo:

1. Beachfront condo with views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 3rd floor balcony (close to 1300 square feet of space), where you can enjoy your meals, sunbathe, read or just do nothing. The exterior of the building was updated in 2024!

2. Walk right up to the beach! Complimentary beach service that includes two beach chairs and one umbrella set up each day for you (March 1 through October 31).

3. Corner unit in a low-density building (20 units total); pool between the building and the Gulf, which is heated during the winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year), and the last two weeks of March; charcoal barbeque grills (you provide the charcoal).

4. Spacious, open kitchen/living room where you can see the Gulf. One master suite with a king bed and a bathroom with a jetted tub; one queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen pull-out couch in the living room, with a second bathroom in the hallway. The bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs with cable.

5. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, dishes and cookware; washer and dryer in the unit.

6. Free parking and free WiFi; easy self check-in with WiFi lock passcode

The primary renter must be 25 years or older, with no more than 6 total guests in the unit (including children).

Everything was great from the start. Easy booking with easy check in process. Did have to reach out to the owner about the front door lock which she responded quickly. The condo looked even better in person. Location was perfect with an amazing beach view. Close to everything and still very private. Would return for another visit and highly recommend.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Dune Pointe. Our condo was just as described and was very clean. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Location was okay. It was kind of a headache with all the road construction at the bridge which made it hard to get to restaurants etc. The condo next door is being renovated and we were woken up every morning with the noise from it. But overall the beach wasn’t crowded and the pool was never packed. Booking was easy and Bonnie was very helpful.

GIRLS TRIP

My friends and I made a last minute girls trip. We have never stayed in Fort Walton. This is the best place. Quiet, less crowded, and the condo had everything we needed. We will stay again. Recommended 10/10 2 bedroom 2 bath and one bedroom had a twin and full size bed. Just perfect and the beach view was beautiful

Quiet Family Vacation Spot

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. Easy access to the pool and the beach. The owner was quick to respond when I had a question. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay there again.

Great Condo

The property was great!!! The only suggestion I have would be to change out the mattresses as they were uncomfortable especially after a 10 hour drive to the condo. Also, the comforters were a little outdated with a musky smell to it. We enjoyed our time here and I would stay and recommend this to others as it was clean and in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Nice view from the balcony and it was shaded which made it cooler. The pool area was nice and never crowded. Very quiet while we were there

Fantastic Condo!

We stay in a beach condo at least 2-3 times a year for around 15 years. This stay was our first at this condo. It is hands down the best condo we have ever stayed in! Owner communication was great and accommodating Condo has supplies like laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, multiple rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, coffee with filters, trash bags, some toiletry supplies like flossers, shampoo, conditioner and soap in both showers. Condo is right on the beach with the most perfect view. Parking is easy and short walk to elevator that is never crowded Bed layout (full and twin in one bedroom) and beds are great Pool is great This condo is just perfect for a family! We will be back!

Wonderful

The condo was very clean and easily accessible. The beds were comfortable. The owner paid attention to small details, helping this feel like home. The view from the patio was great. Loved staying here. I would stay again!

30th Birthday Trip

The view was beautiful to wake up and see. There were 5 of us and it did not feel cramped. Such an easy access to walk to the beach everyday. Ubers/Lyfts were convenient to get to the strip of restaurants/bars.

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful and has the perfect view of the ocean! It was spotless and very spacious. This condo had everything we needed including lots of ice and a great blender. The pool is clean and warm. There are pool restrooms that we were able to use on beach days without having to go upstairs and drag in sand. There are inflatables and boogie boards to borrow as well. Our only concern was that the building itself is old and not as beautiful as the condo. Each unit is open to an exterior hallway like a motel. The halls and stairs are old, have chipping paint, and need some TLC. I took pictures, but I don't see a way to upload them to this review.

A new Favorite!

I have been vacationing in Fort Walton Beach since 1992 & have never stayed at Dune Pointe until last week. I have found a new favorite! I loved the layout of the condo, it really has a homey feel. The unit was spotless when we arrived and was well equipped. I normally try to get a first floor unit but stayed on the third floor & the views were amazing from that vantage point. I will definitely return to Dune Pointe in the future!

Dune Pointe!

Bonnie is a great host as she’s quick to reply and super friendly. If we were to stay in Florida again, it would definitely be in one of her condos! Also, the condo was very clean thanks to her and her housekeeper! The beds were super comfortable and spacious enough! Cannot forget the ocean view! 10/10 recommend Bonnie and her condo!
