Beautiful Blue Mountain Beach! In desirable Highland Park—2 houses down from the gorgeous HEATED resort style pool with hottub, fire pit, grill area and fantastic 4 story sunset tower. About 1 mile to the beach but a quick 5 minute ride in the golf cart! 4 adult & 2 kids bikes an 8 beach chairs included with the rental. Lots of cute shops and restaurants just a cart away. Explore 30 A from the street legal golf cart (adds about $160 value per day!) 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom. Sleeps 10. Online guidebook in the “Where You’ll Be” section!
The space
Two story home with one bedroom (queen) and full bathroom (with shower) downstairs. Upstairs you’ll find the primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bath with shower, a queen bedroom with tub/shower combo, and a bunk room featuring a twin over queen with a trundle (sleeping 4 kids) and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combo. Eat at great close, local restaurants such as Redfish Taco (featuring live music on weekends), Local Catch, Red Bar just a short 3 mile cart away in Grayton, or grill out on the patio! Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the cozy screened in back porch. Also, 2 living areas—one on each floor. Both areas and each bedroom have large flat screen tv’s. Upstairs you’ll also find a small refrigerator and coffee station.
Guest access
There are parking spots in front of the house that will accommodate 3 sedans or 2 large SUV’s/trucks. No overnight street parking is allowed per the HOA, so plan accordingly.
Other things to note
Minimum age to book and drive the golf cart is 25. Drivers license and insurance will be required to drive golf cart. Charge cart nightly and keep an eye on the cart charge—you don’t want to have to push back!

We are Jim & Carla. We are excited to host you in our Blue Mountain Beach home! While we are Nashville, TN natives, we get down to Florida every chance we get! We have 2 grown daughters, and a son in law. We enjoy traveling, water sports, golfing, camping and spending time with family!
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We knew we wanted a house at the beach and wanted an old Florida feel, so we absolutely fell in love with the beauty of the area--the white sand beaches and the coastal dune lakes. We love that there aren't any high rises. Our favorite thing is being able to take the golf cart to the beach and wonderful local restaurants.
