Welcome to The Lazy Duck on 30A, a 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo featuring a large outdoor patio and private lanai. Conveniently located just one block from a private Blue Mountain Beach access, exclusively available to owners and guests of Red Fish Village Condominiums.
This property is located in Red Fish Village on Scenic 30A, bordering the beautiful Redfish Lake. Guests can enjoy the scenic boardwalk and overlook pavilion—perfect for exploring nature and soaking in the surroundings.
The Blue Mountain Beach community is known for its tranquility, fantastic local restaurants, and family-friendly atmosphere. Sugar-white sand beaches, walking and biking trails, and endless outdoor adventure await.
Community amenities include a seasonally heated pool, playground, grilling area, and owner’s lounge with gym on the 2nd floor.

Blue Mountain Beach is one of the charming 30A coastal communities nestled between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. Red Fish Village borders scenic Redfish Lake and offers a peaceful natural setting with a boardwalk and overlook pavilion for guests to enjoy the area’s unique beauty.

• Coolers, wagons, single inflatable toys, kayaks, and paddleboards permitted

• All rentals require state and county taxes plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at the property or in working order. No refunds for missing or inoperable equipment
• Starter amenity kit provided upon arrival:

– 1 dish sponge
– 1 dish soap
– Dishwasher pods
– Trash liner per day
