Sun Drenched Townhome Center of Town - Sleeps 4

This sun-filled home is tucked away in a lovely private yet central location, just a few minutes to the heart of downtown Provincetown. Easy walking distance from the pier if you take the ferry from Boston, but if you drive 2 parking spaces are included with the unit. This 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath offers multiple living spaces over 3 levels. With a reverse floorplan the upper floor has beautiful vaulted ceilings, skylight and lots of windows to enjoy the surrounding greenery and sunshine outside. The open floor plan includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a half bath, and a living room with a gas fireplace as its focal point. For outside entertaining, there's a large deck off the kitchen with dining table and gas grill. On the ground floor, are 2 nicely sized bedrooms on the entry floor with a tub bath between them. The 1st bedroom has great natural lighting with 2 windows at the front of the home. The 2nd bedroom is at the back with a wonderful enclosed porch attached, a truly wonderful space to sit at the end of the day, surrounded by windows. It's a great place to relax, starting your day with morning coffee or ending it with an evening cocktail. A bonus garden level den with a gas fireplace, a shower bath and laundry room provides added space for you and your guests to enjoy. The unit has been outfitted with A/C mini-splits for your comfort.

Confusing 3-Story Layout

First, the house had a standout location. However, the layout was confusing. The top floor is good has a kitchen (no dishwasher), half bath and deck (the tree outside deck needs trimming as it blocks the sun). The second floor has two bedrooms that share a bathroom. However, the 2nd bedroom leads to an additional porch AND the lower level where the second bathroom, media room and laundry room are. This lower level also connects to a different unit.

Perfect stay

Pictures are exactly what you get, a very clean and fully stocked spacious home with so many amenities and tons of space in an amazing location just a 5 minute walk to the main area. The outdoor space is amazing and all the beach chairs and umbrellas and towels you need. So many appliances and utensils…. Just bring yourselves and have the best time! Thank you!

Quiet location, but also near the center of town

Condo has tons of space for a 2 bdr. The upper level has so much natural lights and surrounding trees, it’s like you’re in a tree house. The Sonos speakers, smart tv, and well maintained outdoor grill were also appreciated. Kitchen was fully stocked… no blender, but did have a small processor which was more than fine. Walls were a little thin, and you do share one with the adjacent unit. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but might be if you’re sensitive sleeper or like either party is having a party. Really overall though, fantastic place to unwind and enjoy Ptown, just a 5 min walk away. Passing the CVS each time was a plus too :)

Great spot right near town

I’ve been coming to Ptown for 4 years now and this has been one of my favorite properties I’ve stayed in. Location is perfect right near the center of town and the interior is well decorated and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay in again.

Beautiful house near Commercial Street

Great space. Very private and so nice to have 2.5 bathrooms. Also super handy to have the laundry room so we can go home with clean clothes. Very private house but close to all the fun of Commercial Street.

Lovely Oasis close to the fun!

Lovely three floor, sun drenched gem a 7 minute walk from the pier. Removed enough that it was quiet and peaceful at night, but you were 5 mins from the heart of commercial street. Easy enough to take advantage of the local stop and shop and grill on the lovely third floor porch. The extra bedrooms and restrooms are a huge plus. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!!!

Beautiful and relaxing

Great space! So cozy! We spent time on the sunny deck. We enjoyed time in front of the fire cuddled up in soft blankets! We enjoyed a few meals and did not lack anything we needed as far as pans, utensils, spices, etc We walked everywhere very easily! Can’t wait to come back!!

Amazing!

We stayed for a week but could have happily stayed for a month. The townhouse was great. It was spacious and nicely decorated, and the outside deck was a bonus. The property manager was very helpful in answering questions leading up to and during our trip. I highly recommend it and will book again.
