Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area with seating for six, a breakfast bar, and a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. A master bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom with twin over queen size bunk bed and a twin trundle bed pullout underneath. A second hall bathroom with access from the second bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit.

Great Vacation Spot

We had the best stay! It was perfect for our family. We have 4 kids so being on the first floor by the pool was amazing. The kids could come and go from the pool since our condo was easily accessible!

Sweet Spot for Family Vaca

The condo was a wonderful place for our family! We really enjoyed the pool & beach access. There were plenty of beds for the kids to spread out. The house was super clean! I would highly recommend to others and would stay again!

Little family with grandparents

The location was wonderful for having small children. The easy access to the pool and beach were perfect for us. The location to get into the highway was easy with many options for food, drinks and activities.

Quick beach trip

This property exceeded our expectations for a quick weekend trip. The convenience of the pool to condo and beach was amazing. It had more than we needed inside the unit. I can’t wait to book this property again.

Mini vacation

Property was very clean, however, it would have been nice to have some simple staples available such as salt & pepper, sugar packets, Kleenex. I would definitely stay there again though, parking lot was well lit.

There were a few issues with the unit once checked in that were taken care of asap. The rest of the stay was great. Kimberly Lang took great care of us.

Great Condo for small family

Great location on the ocean. Clean property. In walking distance to great restaurants. Not as congested as Destin, but a short drive to Destin if you want to go. Beds are comfortable. It is a small condo but for a small family it will be perfect. The primary bedroom is spacious, bathroom smaller size. The second bedroom is decent size. It has a Queen bed with bunk over it and trundle pull out. This was different than we expected. The photos hasn’t been updated as of our stay. The second bathroom was a good size. You walk out your door and less then 100 yds you are on the beach. The beach service was great and the water is beautiful .

Beautiful stay

We stayed at Sea Oats #103 right after Labor Day. Everything was wonderful in the condo. It was reasonably priced and right next to the pool which was very convenient. The 2nd bedroom had a very nice bunk bed with the bottom bed being a lot bigger than the pictures looked. The master bed was also very comfortable. The pool was very well maintained and 2 beach chairs were included in the condo price. A pier was very close by and we watched a great sunset from there. We also watched the dolphins frolicking near the pier. Beach towels were included in the rental but we didn’t find them until the last day. They were in a basket to the right side of the TV. This probably needs some signage to alert the renter.

Pefect location!

This was our 1st time staying on a lower level. We are now believers the low level is the way to go!! This condo was such a perfect location! We were able to park almost right by the entry door to unpack our truck. Also, we were able to walk right out the back sliding door and go straight to the pool/beach! Super easy access!!! The condo was clean and had every thing we needed for our stay. If I had to say a negative it would be the washer was super tiny. I usually wash all clothes before we leave. We werent able to do that this time. No biggie, since everything else was amazing! There was ice cream and golf within walking distance. Also, the beach wasnt crowded by this condo since it's a smaller unit. Further down the beach looked like swarming ants of people! Would definitely stay again and again!!
