Wonderful weekend away!

We had a mid week trip up the the mountains and this place was PERFECT!!! There was a ton of space for everyone and the amenities were amazing. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed here for a ski trip with eight people, this house fit everything we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood good-sized yard to hang out in, big dining room table and a big hot tub that we loved. It is within walking distance to bus stops even with ski boots on, and we were able to walk to the restaurants and bars in the town of Winter Park with ease. Even with the poor skiing conditions in 2026, we all thought this place was great for what we were looking for. Renovated bathrooms were a nice touch as well.

Wondering vacation home!

This is our favorite place to stay. Excellent home, perfect location, lots of space. Kitchen stocked, beds were so comfy and cozy. Hot tub and sauna were great too. We will be back for sure.

The perfect place for our family!

It was the perfect facility for our family of 8 adults. The house was perfect for us, in a quite neighborhood 3.5 miles from the main entrance to Winter Park ski resort with all the amenities you could want.

The house was great to host our group of 6 plus allow us to host a dinner with local family. Everything worked like it should. The hot tub was great, clean and very easy to use. Would have liked to park up against the garage but snow had been piled there. Any broken/quirky items were reported to the owner so they can make repairs. Nothing prevented our enjoyment of the house and I would absolutely stay again!

Great location, comfortable accommodations

My group of seven enjoyed our stay at this property. It's location is terrific, just a short walk to town and a quick drive to the slopes. We enjoyed the hot tub and there was plenty of space to sleep. The host was helpful and quick with communication. A few photos in the listing are not current, but overall accurate.

Comfortable house, great location - able to walk to Cooper Square. Nice to gather in private back yard. Access to a great trail for a short hike.

2023 Family Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house. We found the house to be cozy and conveniently set up. The private hot tub was great! The location of the property was close to everything we needed. We will keep this location in mind for future ski trips.

Wonderful Ski House

Beautiful home. Great amenities, comfortable beds, nice hot showers. Sauna and hot tub were a bonus! Our extended family really enjoyed the home. Winter Park Ski resort just a shuttle ride away. We’ll be back!

Great Location!

Great House with plenty of room for everyone. Walkable location to shops, bars, breweries, and restaurants. Hot tub and Sauna were great. 2 miles to ski resort. Would recommend.

Great Choice!!

Everyone in our group had a blast and enjoyed their stay very much! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and plenty of seasonings. All the adults enjoyed the hot tub, especially after spending time at the resort. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return!

Amazing Ski Trip Getaway In Winter Park

Our family, along with some great friends, had the best week in Winter Park at this cabin and made the best memories taking our kids skiing for the first time. The house was perfect for our group of seven as the kids loved the bunk beds and back/sun room and everyone enjoyed the hot tub after our long days on the slopes. Location relative to town is a huge bonus as well.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time here. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. There were lots of toys for kids and games to play. We loved playing ping pong. The property was really close to downtown, which was very convenient. The hot tub was nice and the back yard felt very private and quiet. We would stay here again!

Nice place near downtown Winter Park

We liked the property and location. There are plenty of beds for lots of people. We did not use the hot tub and the sauna was not usable at the time. We spent most of our time skiing and playing games with the family, so those were not big issues for us.

Great rental in great location.

Top notch - everything needed was provided. The hot tub was hot, the sauna and grill worked and there were plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and glasses. The only thing lacking was some good oven mitts. The silicone grip worked fine but we couldn't locate a second mitt. Shuttle to Winter Park was a short walk and ran on time. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to a return stay.

One key

We ended up losing the key somewhere. A little disappointed that there was no spare or keyless entry. We had trouble even getting into the place when we did have the key upon checkin. Place not totally clean as we found clothing in different areas of the house not belonging to us. Other than those things we had accommodations for everyone in the party.

Elizabeth, We apologize the keyless entry to the front door wasn't working during your stay. We received notice from the cleaning team before your stay that it wasn't working and so left the key as an option for entry in addition to the keyless access though the attached garage which was working. It has of course been repaired so renters have access and so we don't have to worry about renters losing keys. We will talk to our cleaners about clothes left in the house - they usually wash and pile anything they find from the previous renters by the washing machine in case someone calls for whatever was left behind. Hope you had a great stay in Winter Park!

Dated house but hot tub and proximity to town make up for it

Our three night stay at the property was fun. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful and are the main amenities that attracted us to this property. The home is easy to find and walking distance from downtown Winter Park off of 40. It's in a great little neighborhood.  The reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is that it seemed a little dated. The upstairs bathroom shower is odd with pink mildew in the mini blinds that are in the shower. The stairs going up to the loft and master bedroom is steep (and almost too narrow to bring a roller suitcase up). We were very cautious about letting the kids go up/down them too fast. We thought it was way too tight to fit 12 people in....maybe max of 9.  I agree it is good for families with the separate living room and the bunk beds.  Again, location and hot tub/sauna were the main winning points for this property.

Thanks for letting us know about the blinds in the bathroom so we have them replaced. We have many groups and families of different sizes stay - and definitely talk with those who indicate there are more than 8 people to make sure it is a comfortable fit for their group. WP ski stay

Property was clean, very functional for our stay. Kitchen was well furnished and had an open floor plan that allowed plenty of room for meal prep by all. Gas fireplace made everything warm and toasty. Gas grill worked well as we had sliders one night. Hot tub was a welcome relaxation after skiing. We took a beautiful snow trail hike behind the property toward the train track. Location was very convenient to Winter Park and Fraser restaurants. WP Ski shuttle was close by although we drove to the Mary Jane parking (our favorite) at the bottom of Super Gauge. Washer/dryer combo was handy for laundry catch up. The mudroom area with shelves/hooks in the back living area was great for dropping/storing the ski gear. Boot and Glove warmer in this area was useful to dry gear out for the next day. Owners communicated clearly and in a timely fashion. We had a very enjoyable stay at this property and would stay here again when we have occasion to do so.

Few things to address

House is nice and in a great locale. Owner is communicative in regard to responding to any issues that may arise. However, some of the expectations were not met, as the ping pong / foos ball table advertised are not operable or accessible ( piled under stuff in garage). One bedroom door is not able to be opened from the room side as it is missing a doorknob. The downstairs bathroom door is misaligned and does not open / close without extra effort and scraping the bathroom floor. One suggestion - assemble a binder with all house instructions/info for guests so that it is all in one place and easy to follow. Instructions spread out in several different locations and hard to access and read, including info about the house that was not posted where it was said to be. We did enjoy our time. Just offering suggestions for future guests.

We always try to address concerns or questions as soon as possible to make sure every guest has a great stay. We hope this was evident by accommodating your request for an early check-in at no cost and sending someone to help show you how to use the thermostat. There should have been a notebook with all the instructions on the kitchen counter, so we will see if it was put away somewhere by another guest or print another. We are glad you enjoyed your time.

Perfect place for a big family ski trip

We booked this place since we'd had two families with 10 ppl total. Ski resort places at Winter Park are very expensive and would have taken at least 3 rentals units. The house accommodated us all-- adults, grandparents and teen kids. One of our families used a rental car and the other used the nearby bus stop to go back-forth to the ski resort, which was about a 5 minute commute. Hideaway park nearby is a fun place to sled/tube [for free] too. It's very close to make a local grocery run at Safeway in Fraser to stock up on food items. The house has a well stocked kitchen for cooking items such as pots, pans, utensils, plates/cups, and so much more! There were more than enough beds; grandparents took downstairs as up the stairs was a little steep for them. Two bathrooms are roomy for multiple people to share including a newly remodeled upstairs bathroom. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens, towels and blankets. It was so nice after a day of skiing to come back to a warm house, with a gas fireplace and meet up to have dinner together. We relaxed in the large dining and living room areas and even enjoyed a few nights in the hot tub too. And it was so easy to launder our clothes there so we came home with all clean clothes! Nicole and Marcus are very responsive to any small items needed --thanks, we appreciate you sharing your lovely cozy home with us!!!
