Sea Watch is an oceanfront high-rise located on the north side of Ocean City, with resort-style grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kids' splash pad, a fitness center, saunas, tennis courts, a game room, a playground, a movie theater, and an ice cream shop. As it backs up to Coastal Highway, Sea Watch is close to all sorts of restaurants, eateries, shops, and sources of entertainment, including 58-acre Northside Park just one mile north.

Wake up to an Atlantic sunrise each morning and take in the spectacular view from the balcony, which is accessed from both the living room and the primary bedroom suite. It's a lovely spot for morning coffee, alfresco breakfasts, and colorful sunsets over the bay.

Inside, you'll be treated to thoughtful details and updates throughout, including new luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint, and new quartz countertops in the spacious kitchen. New updates for 2024 include brand-new mattresses on all beds and a new shower stall in the primary bathroom. Come back from a day of swimming and sunbathing to unwind in central air, share appetizers at the dining room table, and watch your favorite movies on the living room's cable TV. THINGS TO KNOW
Sea Watch charges $65 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
