Relaxing Lake House with Beach, Hot Tub

Enjoy a beautiful view and a private sandy beach on 84.5 acre all sports Montcalm Lake! Spend time fishing, swimming, and paddleboating. Two kayaks and two stand up paddle boards available for your use. You may bring your own boat to tie up to our dock. Relax at the end of the day around the gas fire pit or in the hot tub!

Great view of the lake from main living area. Well stocked kitchen including electric griddle, waffle maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, Keurig, drip coffee maker and dishwasher. Indoor dining table seats 8. Large deck has gas grill and outdoor dining.

Sleeps 10 comfortably. One main floor bedroom with queen bed. Two lower level bedrooms, one with king bed and one with queen bunk bed (sleeps 4). Loft above living area has queen bed. Pack and play available. Two full bathrooms. Home has central air.

Other entertainment options include a pool table and ping pong table in garage (heat available), board/card games, puzzles and smart tvs. Fiber internet available.

*Please note there is a Ring doorbell installed on the front door facing the road.

Our family of 8 spent Thanksgiving here. We took advantage of the game room and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked - especially for our Thanksgiving meal. We would definitely return!

Great stay on the lake

Property is clean and exactly as it looks in the photos. We enjoyed being right on the water for the views and being able to enjoy swimming, fishing, paddle boarding and the paddle boat. Home was well stocked! Would definitely return.

Beautiful View

The view from the living room looking over the lake was amazing. We had a very relaxing time spending our days down by the water. The kids loved all the sand and beach toys. We also went fishing several times and caught a few nice size bass.

Loved this house and lake! Check in and communication was great. Clean, as pictured and well stocked. Comfy inside and out. Loved the beach plus the fully stocked beach shed - floats, toys, kayaks, paddle boat you name it. We loved floating on the quiet lake and the good local food around. Plus visits from the neighborhood cats!

Relax and enjoy

We had a very nice stay enjoying the comfort of the home and the outdoor space the home provides. The children loved playing in the water and the little beach area. The home is equipped with all the things we needed for our stay. Thanks Matt and Kari.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

We loved our stay. A couple childhood friends and I gathered for an annual reunion trip, and we could not have picked a better spot. Not too much of a drive from Grand Rapids and we thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong, hot tub, and ice fishing. Matt and Kari were great hosts. Highly recommend.

The cabin and property were perfect for a family vacation. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need for your family to relax and be entertained. The beach and lake was so much fun! I highly recommend this place for your family vacation.

Unbeatable Stay

This property was amazing. The photos were so accurate to the house, and everything was just as expected. The place was really clean, the view was spectacular, and the hot tub was a phenomenal experience in the winter. The hosts were so kind, and were so easy to get a hold of, I don’t have one bad thing to say about this stay.

We had a nice weekend at this lake house. We enjoyed the beach area, kayaking, peddle boating, and swimming in the lake. The house accommodations were adequate and perfect for the 5 of us.

Family Christmas

This was a very clean and wonderful place! Plenty of room for us and the kitchen had everything we needed. We all were very happy with our stay & owners were easily accessible if needed. We had an absolute blast in the game room as we all are competitive 😄 We are all extremely satisfied & would love to stay again.

Fantastic Fun with 5 grown children

Its a lovely property, beautiful view, clean and nicely decorated. We used the beach, the paddleboat, the kayak, the firepit, the kitchen and the gameroom! We invented no limits, no boundaries ping pong and threw out all rules pertaining to pool.

Beautiful views

Very relaxing Girls weekend! Great views, clean property, loved the set up/space. Supplied with necessities. Beach area needed some Spring clean up, but we enjoyed the amenities down there. Enjoyed the paddle boat the most! The long Stairway to lake was quite a hike for some of us!! Overall a great pick!

Great family getaway

The beach and lake were so clean, and the water was so warm! We enjoyed all of the amenities this home had to offer. Lots of stairs so young babies/toddlers and elderly may not be the best fit. But we loved it! Great little town called Lakeview nearby to explore & plenty of beautiful state parks & nature preserves in the area to hike. We loved that the beach was nice & shaded so we weren’t so worried about kiddos getting sunburned.

Tranquility and quality time

This lake house is set up perfectly for lots of family fun. It was amazing to have the kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and pedal boat provided, not to mention the game room, which was a great hang out space for our older kids. They also liked walking to the general store for ice cream. In our opinion, this house has the best outdoor living space on the lake. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, fires on the beach, and the gorgeous lake views from every vantage point.
