This three bedroom, two and a half bath home accommodates 10 guests and includes 100 feet of private lake frontage. Fully refreshed lake house near Stanton, Michigan is ready for your enjoyment and relaxation. This home is unique in that you enter the home at the main level (bedrooms) and descend into the living space below where you will be greeted by a full view of the lake. The kitchen and living room are both on the lower level along with a half bath. (Due to the need to use the staircase, please use caution with those with mobility challenges and small children) All the bedrooms are on the main/entry level. Each of the three bedrooms are decorated to allow you to relax in comfort and includes a window air conditioning unit. The lower level also includes a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The outside deck overlooks beautiful Derby Lake where you can enjoy all sports during the day and peace and quiet in the mornings and evenings as Derby Lake is a no wake lake from 7:30 PM-11:00 AM. From the deck, there is a short set of steps to the shaded yard and fire ring. While neighbors are within sight, there is comfortable spacing between the lake homes.

House Rules
Maximum overnight occupancy: 10. Failure to comply with the occupancy requirements is a violation of the Sidney Township ordinance.
No guests allowed other than who is on the original reservation.
Overnight stays of unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction.
Parking for up to four vehicles is provided for tenants off the road along the house and in front of the garage. Please don’t park vehicles in front of other homes. Please make contact if additional parking is needed.
Please be respectful of neighbors, quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM.
***No Parties allowed. No bachelor or bachelorette parties.***
Fireworks prohibited
No wake and/or high speed boating is allowed on Derby Lake from 7:30 PM-11:00 AM.
No pets allowed. Township policy is for all pets to be on leashes and noise minimized.
Please place all refuge directly into bin prior to checkout. Burning of refuge is prohibited.
Wash all dishes before checkout.
Parental supervision is required for all children in the lake.
No burning of candles.
No excessive drinking.
Please don't move any furniture.
Please close the windows and lock the doors when you leave.
Report any damages in a timely manner.
Occupants may be cited and or fined by the township, or immediately evicted by the property owner or resident agent, in addition to any other remedies available by law, for violating any other provisions of the Sidney Township ordinance for short term rentals.
