Full week rentals from Saturday to Saturday during peak season from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Great location in a calm private cove for fishing, kayaking, SUP, and other water-sports. You will have access to a 2 adult and 5 kid kayaks, life jackets are located in the entry way closet and must be worn at all times while using the kayaks. 2 10’ SUPs are provided as well. The Pool area has 3 table tops with chairs and umbrellas, a large gazebo with sectional couch and table and Bluetooth speakers for playing your favorite tunes while floating around the luxurious lazy river! Across from the pool is the corn hole field to test your skills and challenge your friends and family.

As you enter the home you find yourself in the main living room that boasts three full size couches, a 65" TV, wine cooler, beverage cooler and bar cabinet. The dinning area has seating for 10 people but can accommodate up to 12. The kitchen island can seat 4 additional people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware, grill tools, and numerous appliances to make you feel at home. There is a laundry closet just off the kitchen that has washer/dryer with detergent.
The owners suite has a queen sized Sleep Number bed, TV, dresser and sliding glass door to walk out to the deck. The Owners bathroom has a walk in shower and soaking tub.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with queen sized beds and two bedrooms that have double/twin bunk with pull out double trundle. On this level is where you can take the spiral staircase up to the Game Room that has a pool table, ping pong, air hockey table, foosball table, TV, reading bench, card/ game table, and numerous board games to keep everyone busy on a rainy day. On the lower level you will find a separate living room with a 65" TV with surround sound and a large sectional couch perfect for movie nights. The couch has a pull out double bed. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, full bath with walk in custom shower, half bath and kitchenette that has a full size refrigerator for additional cold storage.
Outside on the lower level is the custom outdoor shower, gas grill, electric smoker, and gas fire pit. The boat dock has a large sun deck and tie-ups for your boat or jet ski. The water depth varies from 8-10 foot.

You and your family will have so much to do it will be hard to do everything in a week, so you will want to come back!
