Start your next vacation at The Oasis at Lake Gaston! Located on a quiet street away from the main road in a quiet cove, the views and peaceful surroundings allow for a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the best of Lake Life. Our home is perfect for families, friends, and corporate retreats.

Our spacious lake front home has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and a half bath. The house sleeps 26 guests. The space also offers a semi-detached apartment/suite above the garage. Enjoy our hot tub and heated pool year-round.

Our home also has a gourmet kitchen which is fully stocked with glass dishes, pots, and pans, serving dishes, glassware, cutting boards, 10 cup coffee pot, 3 Keurig’s, mixer, waffle maker, toaster oven, wine bottle opener, blender, air fryer, crock pot and just about anything else you might need.
There are coffee supplies at all 3 coffee stations throughout the house for all our guests to enjoy. We provide all paper products for our guests, which include paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, paper plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups and silverware.

Amenities include WIFI, SONOS, HDTV Smart TVs with options for guest to sign into streaming services, gaming systems, table shuffleboard, foosball table, cards, puzzles, board games, poker set, private heated pool, hot tub, open concept, spacious parking, large gas grill, outdoor fire pit, outdoor fireplace (firewood included), boat dock over the water.

Outdoor and water activities include ping pong table (located in the garage), corn hole boards, paddle boards, canoe, ZUP Board, 1 Double and 3 Single kayaks, towable tube.

IMPORTANT for the Fall/Winter
• Hot tub is heated to 102 degrees. Can be adjusted upon request.
• Heated outdoor pool is ONLY available from April - October (with colder weather from November - March, the pool temperature cannot be reached above 75 degrees)

THE SPACE

Main Level

Main Bedroom Suite – King bed with view of the lake. The bathroom includes a freestanding soaking tub, walk in shower, his and her sinks, walk in closet with ample storage. Outdoor access to covered patio.

Bedroom #2 - Two sets of Bunk beds: (1) single on top and a double on bottom. (2) single on top and bottom. Adjacent full bathroom includes a single sink and walk-in shower.

Lower Level

Bedroom Suite #3 - King bed with a view of the lake, ensuite bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #4 – King bed with a view of Lake Gaston, adjacent full bathroom with single sink and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #5 – One bunk bed (double bed on bottom and single on top).
A half bath is in the garage for easy access when in the pool or hot tub.

Bedroom #6/Common Area
Semi-detached Apartment/Suite located over the garage. This area houses 4 double beds, kitchenette with dining area, seating area and a full bathroom with walk in shower.

SECURITY FEATURE: Our vacation rental is equipped with a Ring doorbell for security purposes ONLY. The Ring doorbell is located at the front door entrance. This allows us to monitor the property’s entrance and ensure the safety of our guests.

**Our pontoon boat offers enough room for 12 guests, Bimini top, a 200HP Motor, and a Bluetooth Stereo to play your favorite music around the lake.

CAPTAIN SERVICE is available for the 2016 BENNINGTON PONTOON. Our captain is available to ride guests along the lake and pull them on any of the available floats.
**captain service will be from 11AM - 5PM.**

NO-NO’s
• No pets.
• No smoking in the house.

Other things to consider….
• Our boats are fully fueled upon your arrival; however, we ask you to return all watercraft filled at the end of your stay.
• Boat season runs from MARCH through NOVEMBER.
• We have an assortment of 30+ life jackets located in the boathouse; however, we do ask if you have small children to bring life jackets that fit them perfectly for safety.
• When temperatures are 40 degrees below, the pool may not be able to be heated to desired temperature (this will not affect the hot tub).
• Small weddings/receptions will be considered by the owner. Please contact the owner directly for details. A separate contract will be required. **NO GRADUATION PARTIES WILL BE PERMITTED.**
