Beachy Keen Vacations presents this newly remodeled, beautifully decorated one bedroom, one bath oceanfront condo, located on the 12th floor of the popular Caribbean Resort in Myrtle Beach. Relax to the sounds of the ocean while enjoying the beautiful South Carolina sunrises and sunsets from the private balcony. Our cozy condo is the perfect vacation spot for small families or that romantic weekend getaway. This condo sleeps six with a king size bed, a full-size murphy bed and a queen sofa bed. The kitchen has everything needed to enjoy meals in, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. This condo has everything you will need to make your vacation one to remember. The resort boasts of indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and a 200-foot-long lazy river. Take a break from soaking up the sun or playing on the beach to enjoy a refreshing beverage from the oceanfront tiki bar, Starbucks and Ben and Jerry`s Ice Cream located across the street from the resort or the delicious Sea Captain’s House Restaurant. Enjoy the convenience and location that our condo offers to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and entertainment. The very best Myrtle Beach has to offer is either a short walk or a car ride away.

Great stay

We stayed for 3 days and the property was extremely accommodating, close to everything, and right on the beach. I would recommend to anyone looking!

Great stay

We had a great stay here. Room was really nice and can't beat the view of the ocean. Had everything we needed to make our family vacation wonderful and full of great memories. Easy to book and received fast responses back from Stacie, the host.

Awesome condo!

Everything was exactly as the pictures and the ad. Very clean with everything you would need and then some! Even a slow cooker! We enjoyed our vacation and would definitely book this condo again!!

Great condo!

We were very impressed as soon as we walked in the condo. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures online. The view was also amazing! The check-in process was extremely easy since we did not have to deal with the front desk at the resort. This resort is also close to tons of restaurants and Broadway at the Beach. I would highly recommend staying at this unit!!

Adorable, Wonderfully Appointed condo

Really cute condo in a great location. Very nicely decorated, comfortable bed, smart use of space for such a small unit (it did not feel small). Ample parking in the garage across the street. Property is well-maintained. Great communication by host. Bonus: I did not know there was such a FANTASTIC restaurant on property. Highly recommend the Sea Captain's House during your stay!

Just as pictured!

This condo was just as pictured. Very clean and great location. The views are amazing and the Resort had daily live pool entertainment. Beach access was like it was in your own backyard and the Starbucks across the street was a plus! Location to things to do was a 5-7 minute drive. I took my 18yr old daughter for a mini getaway and it was perfect!

Very tasteful and great location.

Everything was great with wonderful views. Clean and neat. We really appreciated the use of the 2 beach chairs and umbrella in the closet. Nothing was lacking and would certainly rent again. If anything, the DJ and music was way too loud even from the 12th floor.

Very clean and comfortable

The one bedroom apartment is on the twelfth floor with a spectacular view of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is very comfortable. Washer and dryer on the fourth floor are coin operated. The fitness room is small but adequate. Tons of parking across the street. The area is very bike friendly roads have nice bike lanes. This is a great place and will definitely return.

Great Location - Quick Beach getaway spot

We were able to make a quick 2 night run to the beach and found this gem was available mid week. Clean and just as advertised. Parking is better than most with 7 foot tall garage that accommodates SUVs and Pickup trucks. Convenient location for dining and shopping. The heat/ humidity was high so the pool and lazy river were jammed so we skipped that amenity. Super easy to check in and unit was ready at 4 pm as promised. Rowdy group staying at the property made life interesting the last night but we enjoyed ourselves and the beach.

Labor Day weekend

The room was very comfortable for 2 people. I’m glad my sons did not come. It would be a bit tight with 4 people to stay in. Not a lot of storage for clothes for 4 people. The rental company was very quick to respond to my text. The room was a bit damp feeling and the AC was loud in the bedroom. They brought humidifiers to help. They were quick to help.

Beach Retreat

Unit is exactly as pictured, convenient access to most of what Myrtle Beach has to offer. Offered everything we were looking for on the beach days of our trip. Overall, there are two aspects of the unit it would be good to be aware of: 1. The property appeared to be much more short-term rentals than an owner-occupied building. Check-in at 4 was pretty crazy each day, and lots of sports teams while we were there. Noise could be an issue at night/morning if you are sensitive to that. 2. If you have more than 4 people / are looking to utilize both the Murphy bed and the pullout, be aware that that will take up all of the living space while they are out. As long as you are aware of / comfortable with those two items, property and host were great and would recommend!

Our unit flooded and we had nowhere to stay

The resort had a water main break. Our room flooded on day 7 of 29 days. No water or electricity. No offer of another unit to stay in for the remainder of our trip. Our 21” TV we brought was destroyed in the flooded rooms, many other items and food wasted. We would have loved to have an offer of a different unit to stay in but only one was available 1/2 hr away and only until the 18th, not the 29th. We had no option but to leave and go home.

Girls weekend

The owner sent detailed instruction, no contact check in made the late night check in easy. Condo was clean, well decorated, beach chairs which was nice, and the view was incredible. The master bed was very comfortable. I had my 2 daughters with me so they used the pull down bed and pull out couch. Bring or buu an extra blanket if thats your plan. Sheet sets for both and a blanket was provided. Luckily we had one so it was no biggie. Beach access is directly outside. I must say the beach was far nicer than i expected. Even on the weekend it never felt crowded. This was a great location. We were able to walk down tonthe boardwalk. The cross street (29th) leads to all the other main attractions and the highway (which was easy driving) to go to North Myrtle or down to Murrels inlet. This condo was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. The elevators in the way up might make you go hmmm what did i just rent but believe me, when you open the door and see this beautifully decorated place and direct view of the ocean you will be amazed.
