This 1350 sq. ft. waterfront home is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom that comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and boasts bright, open-concept living spaces with views that will have you feeling River Happy in no time.

Main Level Living:
Walk into a sun-filled living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, perfect for prepping meals or gathering for cocktails and conversation. The cozy living room invites you to unwind with plush seating and an electric fireplace. A half bath and laundry area add extra convenience.

Just off the living space, step into the screened-in walkout porch—a highlight of the home. With a comfy seating area and uninterrupted views of the river, it’s the perfect spot to catch your breath and soak in the scenery.

Second Level:
The upstairs features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

Primary Suite: King-size bed, ensuite bath with dual-head shower, and a private balcony complete with a porch swing overlooking the river.
Second Bedroom: A fun triple twin bunk setup—perfect for kids or sleepover-style hangouts.
Third Bedroom: Another king-size bed, offering extra comfort for couples or guests.
A second full bathroom serves the bunk and third bedroom.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside and breathe in that river air. A lower patio with a dining table and grill offers the ideal setup for outdoor meals and sunset views. Whether you’re barbecuing, birdwatching, or just kicking back by the water, the outdoor living is just as inviting as the inside.

This home includes parking for one vehicle, with overflow parking available in the marina lot just a short walk away.

We want you to have a blast, but please be respectful of your neighbors:

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
No parties, events, or tents on the property
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property

Pet Policy:
We love fur babies—but we have to keep it simple here:

One pet max
75lb weight limit
$125 non-refundable pet fee
Leashed when outside and crated if unattended
Ignoring the pet policy may result in a $300 fine, so let’s keep things cool.
