The Spellbound Inn - Magical house in the whimsical Forgotten Forest

We hope that our enchanting inn leaves you with lasting, magical memories!

When entering the development, turn left, and follow the road. The Spellbound Inn will be on the right-hand side. Alternately, turn right, and follow the road to find the forest arched stone entrance.

The Spellbound Inn is a 3-bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom, 3-story house that sleeps up to a MAXIMUM of 8 people (4 queen beds), and has 3 parking spots.

We are in the whimsical Forgotten Forest, which has a dragon overlooking a labyrinth, Stonehenge (Outlander?) stones, Excalibur sword, Viking tree carving, wishing well and pavilion.

Surrounded by rolling land, you may see horses, turkeys, and other wildlife.

The Spellbound Inn is located in The Forgotten Forest, which is a whimsical, fantastical development that will be filled with Hogsmeade-inspired magical houses, Hobbit-inspired dwellings, a Harry Potter-inspired Knight Bus, Medieval castles, and treehouses.


**Elves are hard at work in the Forgotten Forest. There may be occasional construction noise, as well as extra dust / mud. You may even hear whistling and singing! There is much work to be done, and they are working hard to bring to you this unique development!

**Spellbound is a 3-story house, and has bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors only. Guests must be able to climb stairs. Spellbound does not have a sleeper sofa. Guests are to use the 4-queen sized beds provided.

This was themed and decorated so cute! My kids loved it and loved exploring the property. The hot tub and video games were added bonuses since we had some downtime on cold days.

Our stay was excellent! The communication with the hosts was prompt, helpful, and very courteous. We loved every single part of the house and the location! Our kids are already planning our next vacation and have asked to come back next year. Absolutely wonderful experience and we would recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking to have a great stay in a quiet area with fantastic amenities.

Our four year old almost cried when we said it was time to go home. The house is very magical looking. We really appreciated all of the extra outlets. Everything was very clean and cozy. The third floor area was great with the Xbox and all the games. We really loved our sta.

The house was gorgeous...loved the themes...hot tub and fire place were what drew us there and didnt disappoint.The house was located close to everything...But far enough away to relax without the hussle and bussle of all the trafficThe communication between us and greg was wonderful...fast and immediate.We would definitely staff again at this location Thanks guys we had a blast!!!

The Spellbound Inn on the edge of the Forgotten Forest was a wonderful place to spend a UT game weekend. Only 25 miles from the stadium, but a universe away from this Muggle-headed world. Three floors with decor that made you feel like you were staying with either the Peavansies or the Weasleys. The 3rd floor gaming and movie room with adjoining bunk bedroom kept the boys up all night. The back porch with grill and hot tub was our gathering place. Sunset and moonlight walks into the Forgotten Forest completed the vibe. Greg and Beth were gracious hosts. We are telling our friends. We will be back.

Different but Amazing

Most people think Tennessee and staying in a cabin, which we’ve done previously. This was a wonderful change. Location was great, not too high up and close to the main road. The house and surrounding area was beautiful. We stayed during a heat wave but were still able to get in the hot tub which was very relaxing after a busy day in town. Owners were great with communication. Overall, no notes. 10/10 would stay again.

5 Star Magical Nerd Heaven

Absolutely loved this themed home/neighborhood!! Almost missed the entry into the neighborhood until someone said”OMG, those homes look like the Hobbit homes”. Went in and found our rental. The Spellbound Inn was perfect for our family; enough room in the house to comfortably visit, room outside to enjoy playing catch and roam the gardens. The house had All the amenities, although we didn’t get to use the kitchen. Honestly, it was perfect but the popular consensus was the beds were too hard. I prefer a firmer bed, and slept great, but I was the only one. We will definitely rent from Greg and Beth in the future….. definitely the Hagrid House and Hobbit Houses!!

Spring Break Getaway

We had the perfect getaway with our kids! The house was extremely clean, and had everything that we needed for our week stay- we loved all of the whimsical themed decor from Harry Potter!! The hidden details made the stay even more fun! Greg and Beth were excellent host and extremely responsive- we were able to reach them easily. They were extremely helpful and guiding us and the directions that we needed..The whole neighborhood is so fun and unique. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.! Thanks for opening your home to us last week! Can’t wait to tell everybody about it!

The Spellbound Inn was perfect. The house was very clean and adorable. The declscription and pictures on VRBO were spot on. There is construction in the area as they complete this amazing themed development. Greg and Beth were the best hosts, and VERY prompt responses to qyestuons. Thank you Greg and Beth. We had a great time on our girls trip 2025 with my daighters, my teen granddaughters and me. Highly recommend.

Very fun stay

The property is really done well. A lot of attention to detail. Little surprises all throughout the property. Everything was as promised, everything worked and everything was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Yearly family vacation

We come to pigeon forge every thanksgiving and it get a little overwhelming staying in town and it was nice being able to find such a unique house out away from all the craziness.. my kids loved the theme and the whole feel of the neighborhood and we will definitely be renting again for our next trip

Tennessee Getaway

We had an amazing stay at an incredible place. It was a short drive to Knoxville for the football game. We were also close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and visited both during our stay. When we arrived the hot tub was hot and ready and everything was very clean. We will definitely come back!

Cute Place in a Great Spot

The house was very cute and the location was perfect. Close enough to tons to do but far enough away that you aren't in all the heavy traffic of the area. My boyfriend, myself, and my parents came this way just to check out the area and we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Greg and Beth were great to. Thank you for the place to stay!
