**Please note: The cottage has only one full bathroom with a shower/bathtub. If you're booking for a group of six, please ensure you're comfortable with this setup.

The cottage features the original style kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ample counter space for easy meal prep. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a dining table that comfortably seats six, perfect for shared meals or cozy dinners after a day of adventure.

Host Rules:
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age min: must be 25 years or older to book
Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave.
During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.
3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
Pet Policy: 2 dog max and must be owner approved plus paid for before arrival. Sorry no cats!
Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

Cancellation Policy
• 30-day notice required for a full refund.
• Cancellations within the 30 days: Non-refundable.

Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
