Book our new 3-bed, 3-bath house for ultimate comfort and luxury. Enjoy an oversized lanai, HEATED SALTWATER POOL & SPA, and dream vacation amenities. Located ~4 minutes away from I-75 (~2 miles, no interstate noise) and a short drive to some of the best beaches in the country, including Siesta Keys, Nokomis and North Jetty Beach. Immerse in the ultimate relaxation at the Warm Mineral Springs, a mere 14-min drive. Tamiami Trail, 3 miles away, offers endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Welcome to the pinnacle of vacation living.
Cameras on the property include: Video door bell. Flood lights with cameras on each corner of the house and 1 flood light with camera overlooking lanai area. One camera in the garage facing outside entrances. 2 cameras overlooking the pool/spa areas. All floodlights/cameras are motion activated.
**Garage remote provided (located in the laundry room). Minimum $75 fee for missing/lost garage remotes.**
Pool/Spa Notice:
The pool and spa are heated and available year round; however, heating performance is affected by outdoor temperatures. During colder weather, water may not reach maximum temperatures and may stabilize ~30–40°F above ambient air temp as part of normal system operation designed to protect the equipment.
The heating system can heat either the pool or the spa at one time, not both simultaneously.

We take all guest concerns seriously and responded immediately throughout this stay. The property was inspected both before the guest’s arrival and multiple times during and after the stay. No sewer or unusual odors were identified during any of those inspections. Licensed professionals, including a septic company and water system mechanic, evaluated the property. As an additional precaution, a full septic pump-out was completed to ensure all systems were functioning properly. Prior guests reported no odor concerns, and the home was inspected before check-in without issue. This matter is currently under review with VRBO, and we are providing full documentation of inspections and service visits. We remain committed to maintaining the property to a high standard and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Home was as advertised. Very clean, kitchen had all the amenities. Host was responsive. Pool area was inviting unfortunately the Florida weather was going thru a cold snap, so we used the hot tub more. My only concern was the dryer, I had to run 2 dry cycles to get my clothes dry but other than that, no complaints. I would definitely stay here again! Close proximity to interstate was a plus

Great comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Lux Gem. We have stayed at many different rentals and this is one of the nicest and cleanest properties we have stayed at. It’s nicely and thoughtfully decorated, has all the necessities provided, located in a really quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool! Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean house. The pool was great! I would definitely stay there again. It is not located right in town but it’s just a short distance to beaches and town activities. Would recommend!
