The ocean is calling you from this well-designed, perfectly furnished beach home. We've done our best to ensure you have an awesome beach time! Bike or walk around the area and beach, grill out in the backyard patio, and chill under the stars or mellow string lights. Amenities galore with beach bikes, chairs, umbrella, ice chest, games, toys, body boards, and wagon. Sunrise or sunset walks on the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The tans may fade, your memories will last forever!

*3 easy blocks to the BEACH, 20 min walk to Cocoa Beach Pier, 5 min drive to Port Canaveral, 20 min to Kennedy Space Center, 45 min to/from MCO Airport, and 50 min to Orlando and Disney!
* Short distance to restaurants, night life, shops, groceries and all that Cape Canaveral & Cocoa Beach has to offer.

This Property is set up to host Vacations.
*Beach Gear, Towels, Umbrellas, Chairs, Coolers, Sand Toys, and Kids Toys, bicycles.
*Full Kitchen
*Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries)
*2 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
*Laundry located inside
*all Queen/King beds and all sofa sleepers have High quality mattresses
*Streaming services include: Roku, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+ on the TV
*Included in the unit is an air mattress, and pack n play crib.

*An additional $40 cleaning fee may be applied for units that are beyond normal clean up.
*Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am.
*Late checkouts without prior approval may be charged $20 per hour.
*If not checked out by noon, we reserve the right to bill for an additional night's stay.

Great stay at the beach house. Jupiter is the host and greeted us upon arrival. Safe little neighborhood just 3 minutes walk to the beach. Bonus is the garage filled with beach stuff for the whole family. We are planning to return.

Great little place, and communications from host were fantastic. The wagon was the best part of this property, it was so helpful for lugging our stuff to the beach. For those wondering how far it is to the beach, it's about 3 block, or 0.24 miles, which was a 6-7 minute walk with the kids and lugging our wagon. The place also has a bunch of bicycles which made it really quick to and from the beach. Cleanliness of the unit was very good, and the amenities were fantastic. Definitely scored in the top 2% of places we've stayed for amenities, from condiments in the fridge to sunscreen and bug spray, to water bottles and snacks. Air conditioning worked very well. Roku TVs were nice for the kids. We had two adults and two kids, and the unit was perfect size for our group. Highly recommend!

The bikes are awesome!! Perfect for riding the short distance to the beach. The kids had a great time and said that it was a trip they will never forget. The place was clean and the perfect distance to multiple beaches and local food places/stores.

Great stay!

The property is just as advertised. Comfy beds, hot shower, good AC in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and everything you need for a day there including the wagon to carry it all. Would stay again! Communication with host also great.

Worst VRBO in 25 years of rentals

Party wasn’t close to what was shown on website’s and it Furniture was terrible trouble with kitchen plumbing and bathroom Patio advertised was non existent no outside place to sit. Cockroach problem was terrible.

Amazing

What a great spot for our family! So close to the beach you can hear the waves from the house. The place was very clean and organized and the beds were SUPER comfortable. Honestly, everyone in the neighborhood we met was so nice, even the wild peacocks! Communication was a breeze and all our needs were met. My husband and I are hoping this can be our go to spot for future trips. 100% would recommend

Great spot

Great vacation spot, they have bikes, beach stuff like boogie boards, beach umbrella and beach towels, all the cooking stuff you’d need in the kitchen and location is a very short walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and TVs in every room. Clean all around, and good communication with owner. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience

This property is clean, cozy, comfortable, and convenient. Our host was great. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. Being three blocks from the beach was wonderful. We walked on the beach almost every day and were able to watch several rocket launches. Shops, grocery store, and restaurants were easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again.
