Esta cabaña cerrada y segura frente al océano está ubicada en un lugar muy privado ... ubicado entre Cocoa Beach Pier y Port Canaveral, ambos a poca distancia. Esta propiedad también está cerca de Ron Jon Surf Shop y Cocoa Beach Village, que tiene muchas tiendas, música y excelentes lugares para comer. El puerto ofrece paseos en helicóptero, cruceros de casino de día y de noche, parasailing, muchas tiendas y varios restaurantes. Los lanzamientos de cohetes son hermosos desde nuestra playa ... asegúrate de revisar el horario cuando visites. Nuestra cabaña está muy limpia y ha sido muy bien renovada. Tenemos una cocina completa con una gran mesa de comedor, sala de estar / multimedia y sala de sol con grandes puertas correderas que conducen al área de entretenimiento al aire libre y al camino a la playa. Esta cabaña es definitivamente un paraíso en Cocoa Beach, y es una de las pocas propiedades privadas frente al mar; ha sido amado por todos los que lo han visitado.

The house was just as described. Location was amazing and the private beach access is unreal. Lynn was super responsive and helpful, even messaged while we were staying about an upcoming launch from Cape Canavral. House was stocked and ready. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

I really enjoyed my stay at the beach house! The house is super cozy, and has all the amenities. It is also steps away from the beach. There is plenty of parking and all communication with the host was helpful and fast. I even got to see a spacex rocket launch from the beach. If you want to see Kennedy Space Center, have quick access to beautiful beach and lots of dining options this is the place for you.

Location très propre et agréable et bien située proche de la plage et du Pier de Cocoa Beach avec accès direct du jardin, plus douche extérieure et jolie petite terrasse dans le jardin; pas loin des commerces. Literie confortable. Vous vous sentez comme à la maison avec tout ce qu’il faut comme produits de base / huile, sel, poivre, liquide vaisselle ou gel douche etc... les propriétaires étalent facilement joignables et très agréables.

Right on the beach and close to restaurants

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We stayed for 4 nights- family of four with 13 and 11 year old. We found we really didn’t even need a car once we arrived! Everything was fine exactly as advertised and we had everything we needed! Would stay again!

Fantastic

This was our second time staying at the Mulvaine Beach House and also our second time to Florida. We love the house and the Cocoa Beach area, Lynn keeps us updated on rocket launches and we were able to see two on our five night stay. Weather was perfect this year and we plan to come back next year again.

Beautiful hidden gem!

This cozy cottage is in a perfectly quiet area on the north end of Cocoa Beach and so close to everything! Walking out the back gate to the beach was so easy and such a treat to hear the waves from the backyard. The home was immaculately clean, had very comfortable furniture and beds, well stocked kitchen, streaming TVs, and a great shower. The host, Lynn, was quick to respond and gave tips on where to eat and when launches were happening from Kennedy Space Station....I got to see one the first night and it was very cool! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Mulvaine Beach House!

Nice getaway!

Tried to catch the Crew9 launch from this great spot. The launch got scrubbed due to approaching Helene hurricane but the house was a cozy refuge and the host was the best!

Terrific Escape

This was our second stay at the Mulvaine Cottage. It does not disappoint!! The cottage provides a sense of comfort and coziness. Creates the feeling of a true beach vacation from its charming decor and amenities. The location of the property is perfect for walking activities. The home owners, Lynn and Dave are amazing!! They are very friendly and helpful!! Lynn contacted us several times during our stay to see how our stay was going and also to keep us informed of activities going on in the area. They want to ensure their guests are happy and enjoying themselves. We love this property. Very quiet and relaxing!! So hard to leave!!

Nice Place and Great Location

Super short walk to the beach over a small dune. Easy even with young kids. It’s the first place we’ve stayed in Florida with a fenced in backyard!

Property was exactly as described. Right on the beach, great location, clean, all the amenities expected. Communication with the property was great. Watched a launch on the beach, perfect. I do have one complaint. I wish we could have stayed longer. We had such a great time we hated going home!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

A work conference brought us to Orlando in August and we decided to extend our stay but closer to the beach. We had an utterly fabulous time staying at the Mulvaine beach cottage! The cottage exceeded our expectations for proximity to the beach - it really IS a short walk over the dunes to the large flat, easily walkable beach. The water was GREAT! We did an easy 3+ miles each morning after enjoying our morning coffee on the patio under the retractable umbrella. The shade the umbrella offered allowed us to stay outside longer. The home is sweetly decorated, has a charming warm and cozy feel. Plenty of space to sit and read, listen to music or nap. Nap were important for us since a beach day can be a good workout! We appreciated the spacious rooms, kitchen had many utensils and adorable homemade coffee cups with Mulvaine Cottage on them. So Cute! The cottage is PERFECTLY situated closely to beach bike rentals, RonJon’s surf shop, Publix for groceries and much more. It is carefully tucked away on a side street that was quiet but SO close to anything you might need. Papa Vito’s was a great take out pizza place. Lynn & Dave tipped us off that a rocket was scheduled to launch and it did. We were lucky enough to see it! It was hard to leave Mulvaine and we would absolutely stay here again. I’ve already shared this great VRBO with two of my coworkers. Thank you Lynn & Dave!!

My family of four spent our spring break at this home. It is located in a beatiful and quiet section of the shore, but within walking distance to everthing. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. The best part was the private path and easy walk to the beach. 5 stars!

A true beach cottage!

This quaint home is tucked away in a lovely area of Cocoa Beach. You have your own private walkway to the beach and plenty of parking. This sweet cottage had everything that my husband and I needed. Lynn was a great hostess.. she answered calls and texts quickly and was able to accomodate us for an early check in. Beautiful view of Cape Canaveral if you are lucky enough to stay there when there is a launch (AND WE WERE)! All and all a great stay at the Mulvaine Beach house.. we would definitely come back!
