Escape the city life for some time in the country. Watch the horses run and enjoy breath-taking sunsets off the decks. Play shuffleboard and enjoy the cozy fire in the great room. Bring your marshmallows for the fire pit. You may even see the bald eagle who has been known to visit. We are minutes from the Rails-to-Trails bike path, Southpointe Business Park, Meadows Casino & Horse Racing, Tanger Outlets, and multiple golf courses and county parks. Thirty minutes to downtown Pittsburgh.

Stayed at this beautiful property for our granddaughter’s wedding. It is a gorgeous property and the owner was so nice and accommodating. The home is perfect for a family getaway in a beautiful area of Pennsylvania.

Very nice spacious home in the country. Lots of group gathering areas. It was clean and well furnished. If back in the Pittsburgh area, I would definitely stay there again.

Just like home

This place is a must. It’s so cozy and comfortable. I wish I would have booked a longer stay. We were in town for a family reunion in Bentleyville, PA.The check in process was so easy. I thought I locked myself out (user error) and I called the owner. She answered my call immediately and was very helpful. The house is spacious and spotless. It is filled with amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. I appreciated the variety of kitchen utensils and appliances as I made serval dishes to take to the family reunion. There are endless board games, darts and a shuffle board table. The living room couch and loveseat recline for movie nights. There is also a downstairs living room if someone wanted a quiet place to read. There are two balcony areas to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunset. We love animals and enjoyed feeding Marley and Issac. The location is perfect. Close to grocery stores and a gorgeous golf course (my daughter’s fiancé had to check it out)This is a beautiful home and we hope to stay again next year. Thank you for all the details making this a home away from home.

Excellent location for our travel plans. It had all the amenities we needed. The home is up to date and cozy, and the views are amazing! It comes with it's own welcome party - Marley, the sheep, and Issac, the (outdoor) cat. Perfect for us and will look to book again in the future.

Fantastic property and owner.

We needed a disconnect from our day to day busy schedules and this place absolutely gave us that. We loved meeting Marley and Issac. The hills, deer, turkey, horses and all the other wildlife made this stay special. The house is awesome, full appointed with everything you could need and the owner, Sonya, is so nice and responsive. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

Family Gathering for graduation

Property is well groomed with beautiful views. Marley the sheep was very entertaining. Spacious home plenty of room for everyone. Comfy furniture. Great fun playing ping pong and fire pit at night.

Amazing!

My family and I got together for my husbands birthday and had an amazing stay at Sonya’s place. She was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house and property are even better than the photos! It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The views of the yard are really beautiful! Some of our activities got rained out but the house was such a great spot to hang out we didn’t even mind. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great memories made

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made indelible memories during this time. The house was beautifully designed and decorated. Very clean, welcoming, modern and spacious. Even the outside cat Isaac and barn sheep Marley were extremely welcoming and memorable. Communications with owner Sonya was extremely helpful and prompt. Highly recommended.

Hockey Weekend Away

Had a great weekend stay at Sunset Serenade! Not too far from the city, it was a beautiful country home stay. Plenty of space for 7 of us in the house. Easy communication with the host and a gorgeous orange cat to greet you upon arrival. 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful countryside and large, inviting home

We came into town for a family wedding and really enjoyed this gorgeous home! It's unexpectedly large, beautifully updated, and had such comfortable furniture - from the awesome power recliners in the great room to the plush mattress in the master bedroom. And what a setting - our young kids (under five years) liked the sheep and really loved Isaac the cat. Thankfully Isaac tolerated a lot of affection from two excited kiddos. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend and love to come back for a return visit sometime.

Fall stay in the country

We love our stay here. Enjoyed sitting by the fire and admiring the scenery, even got to feed sheep. View from deck is amazing. The house is set up perfect for a big group, there a lot nooks and places to sit and relax. We would definitely go back.

Lovely getaway

The house is huge and perfect for groups. The living spaces are lovely and great for gathering. We loved walking in the back yard in the mornings!
