The Scenic Lodge has 700sf of decking wrapped around this relaxing cabin with breathtaking views. Perfect for a quiet getaway or family retreat. Downstairs has a gameroom with shuffleboard, foosball and a variety of games and puzzles. The chef’s dream kitchen has a 48” Zline gas stove, double oven, cast iron cookware and anything you imagine needing. The base rate is for up to 6 people. There are additional fees calculated in the reservation for additional guests up to the max 13 guests.

The host was very responsive. The cabin was very clean, well stocked and very organized. Very easy to get to and yet quite quiet and remote. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay here again if in the area again.

A wonderful two night stay for a family Thanksgiving get together. Wonderful cabin, wonderful, easy to talk to host and Kathie, the caretaker of the home was a delight! Beautiful scenery eventhis time of year! The two ovens and incredible stove helped seal the deal on this home. Stocked to the hilt with pots/pans/mixers/sheet pans… you name it. Would visit again.

After 2 years of solid 10/10 ratings it is disheartening to see your 6/6 review. I do realize 6/6 is considered ‘good’ but we strive for excellence. We never heard that you were lacking anything you needed or expected as we would have bent over backwards to complete your needs. We have a caretaker nearby who even popped over at 9pm for the prior guest when they were running low on TP. We always try to go that extra mile for our guests. This cabin is our second home and we were there just a couple of weeks before you. I can’t imagine a thing that isn’t just as described or pictured. I hope your future accommodations will meet your expectations and be considered excellent.

Family getaway

The fresh homemade cookies that were on the counter when we are arrived were amazing. The scenery was beautiful, enjoyed watching the turkeys in the fields all day. The house was just as pictured, very well kept and clean. Enjoyable stay and very relaxing.

Family weekend

This house was perfect for my family get together. The size and number of beds are perfect. We hosted a surprise dinner party for everyone the first night and the kitchen was fully equipped and wonderful. We would definitely return.

Great stay

We had an absolute blast with our two day weekend. The location was easy to get to and the cabin was beautiful. The view was incredible every morning. Enough games and space for plenty of friends. We had a slight issue that was quickly resolved with host communication. Could not recommend this place more.

Clean and quite home

Multiple households spent a few nights here to spend time together. Loved the deck and outdoors for the kids to spend time playing. Any questions I had were very quickly answered by the host. We really enjoyed our time here and plan to come back next year.

Perfect PA Cabin

Our family loved our time here. The cabin was clean and beautifully furnished. The deck provided wonderful view of the mountains of southwest Pennsylvania. We loved everything about this cabin. The hosts were amazing and provided suggestions for restaurants, groceries and other amenities in the area. They were so quick to respond to any questions and truly made our stay wonderful. We look forward to booking again in the future!

Amazing!

The view is beautiful. The house is great for a group with lots of sleeping space and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. 10/10 I would recommend.

Wedding with an Amazing View

We held our wedding in this cabin and it was a perfect weekend! Amazing floor space for dancing, a huge table inside with 12 chairs along with 2 picnic tables outside, lots of couches both upstairs and downstairs, and a humungous countertop for serving large amounts of food. We are very thankful that we found such an incredible venue to host this special day! And the sunrise view from bed was pretty outstanding also!

So peaceful!

We really enjoyed our stay. The deck and the view was fantastic! We got to see lots of wild life. The house was spacious and stocked well with towels, cooking supplies, and extra blankets. The downstairs bedrooms were a little chilly but the kids slept great under the comforters. There was plenty of games for kids and adults. We would definitely stay here again😁

Cute cabin

Had absolutely everything we needed, not just bare necessities but actually everything, laundry soap, hody wash. Dish washer pods, post and pans for days, tons of extra towels, napkins, paper towels, storage bags, Tupperware. When i say all you need to bring is your clothes and food i mean it. They had everything other little thing you needed for your stay. Most rentals dont think of the little details but this one did.

Beautiful Views

Very comfortable and nicely appointed home with thoughtful host and caretaker! The home baked cookies on arrival were much appreciated. You may get the occasional chicken wandering into the yard so if you have pets they will be glued to the windows, but it kept them entertained.

We are glad you enjoyed your time at our cabin. The chickens actually entertain us as well! Hopefully you caught some glimpse of the abundant deer that roam the property as well as the occasional turkey and groundhog. It is really quite a slice of heaven.

A lot of time was put into every detail of the cabin. Construction was complete in 2023. The view from the massive deck is breathtaking. The chef’s kitchen with the large great room makes it the perfect place to gather friends and family for any occasion.
