Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath first floor condo that is convenient to everything. Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. This end unit condo offers easy access to community pool via back screened-in-porch (with ceiling fan and table/chairs) and adjoining patio.

Comfortably sleeps 6 with king main and queen beds other 2 bedrooms. Roll-away cot provided for an additional person. Main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom (with handicap assist rail), walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and 50-inch flat screen TV. Large second bedroom (15 x 12) with ceiling fan, flat screen TV, large closet and dresser. Third bedroom has TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. Second and Third bedrooms share a full bathroom (tub/shower).

Upgraded Kitchen has granite countertops and provides all the comforts of home and includes a Mr. Coffee, coffee maker. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 (and can be expanded for more) while breakfast bar seats another 2 people. The screened-in porch offers additional seating for four for dining outside.

Owners were awesome! We had a minor miscommunication with our booking and they were so sweet and accommodating for us. Rental was clean, close to everything. It was exactly what we needed. Would book again 100%!

As before we had a great time We love staying there. It is easy to get to places and Nina and Dave are very easy to communicate with. I hope we can arrange another trip sometime soon.

We were not disappointed, clean and spacious.

Thank you for sharing your property with me and my family. My kids got there first and called to tell me how clean and well maintained the home and surroundings were. They said “mom your going to love it”. I did and the location could not have been better. The Outlets were right across the street, such a variety of eateries and restaurants surrounding us. We gave this five stars, we had great family fun. We hope to come back to The Palms next year. Warm regards, Cindy Kirby

Clean rooms, thin walls, and be aware you need to bring everything with you

The rooms and furniture were clean. The master bed mattress needs to be replaced- it is uncomfortable from the unevenness/indented springs that come with long-term use. The owner and property manager were nice and check-in was easy. It ended up being a hassle to bring so much with us, from all of our own linens to toilet paper to hand soap and to not be able to put wet towels and bathing suits on the patio to dry. I wish I had fully realized the extent of the no-frills rental before booking. Dishes were provided, but there were not enough and many in the cabinet were not clean and the dishwasher was full when we arrived. Also, the neighbors were loud and the walls and ceilings are thin. We were woken up very early every day by young children yelling and running and stomping on the ceiling for long periods. On our last day, well before our check out time, the next renters bothered us while we were still getting up and in our PJs to see if we had left yet or were about to leave. They said they were told to do this. I don’t know why the owner or property manager chose to do this, as opposed to them communicating with me directly or checking with the cleaning staff. This rental was okay, but did not feel as “homey” as some other places we have stayed.

Stay at the Palms

The condo is very well kept, very welcoming and felt like home. My only complaint was the neighbors upstairs who had a child that they allowed to run back and forth over my head. I definitely will not stay there again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Close drive to Rehoboth, good kid friendly restaurants and entertainment for the children. Property well taken care of. And check in was effortless even though we ran into bad weather on the way and would arrive later than check in time.
