Newly listed tastefully decorated, spacious home with AC is located 15 min away from the famous beaches, 5 min away from shopping centers, & tons of activities close by . Sleeps up to 8 people and an additional option to sleep up to 9 people (please inquire how).
You can swim in the community pool, play tennis or play golf (small fee) on our gorgeous course. All driving distance.
No Pets or smoking allowed. Kids Deposit Required. Guest must adhere to the community quiet hours of 9pm to 8am.
Host lives on site.This house is located with another unit/ dwelling on the premise. However nothing is shared other than the front gate to the house and the yards.
Guest may access the washer and dryer if they have a stay of 3 nights or longer.

Great Place

We were very happy to stay in this cute house close to some of our favorite beaches. It had everything we needed, and we felt it was a nice bonus to find boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella.

Family Trip

Keoni’s home was perfect for our 11-day stay on the Big Island. With a toddler & an infant the space was ideal. Fully equipped kitchen & the ability to do laundry helped with not having to over-pack. The closet with beach chairs & toys was a bonus! The community pool was a good option on the days we didn’t want to do a lot of driving, and we appreciated the discount on golf that came with the guest pass. We had a wonderful time & hope to return again someday!Keoni was excellent at communicating & giving us tips for places to go & things to see. Waikoloa Village Asso guest pass.

Could be a 5-star with a few updates. Great place for family vacation!

The property is mostly as advertised…except there were twin beds in two of the rooms not queens as the listing said. A/C was accomplished with loud plug in units…it was ok for us because it was kind of like white noise…but just be aware. Overall it’s a great place for a family (or in our case, two families, to vacation. Grocery store is 3 minutes away and the neighborhood was nice to walk in. About a 20 min drive to several nice beaches. The management company jumped right on it when we needed anything which

We’re happy to see that Steve appreciated our accommodations, but we would like to state that we have only queen size beds and full beds. No twin beds in the home. 😊

Perfect Family Rental

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. There were 6 adults and we all had plenty of space to spread out and make this our little home for a week. Property well maintained and clean. Nice little touches like laundry, use of a kitchen and fridge. Multiple bathrooms was nice to have too. Front yard and Back yard areas were nice to relax and star gaze late at night or early morning. The neighborhood was also very nice and welcoming. Perfect for a sunrise or sunset walk through the neighborhood. All the neighbors were very nice. Close to a local market, gas, restaurants, etc. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. When we come back we will definitely look for this location again! Mahalo!

3-generation family stayed 4 nights. Blisteringly hot outside with no shade in front or back. Ceiling fans & barely OK AC--window units in bedrooms; ceiling unit in living room. LONG way to beaches--25-30 min through desolate field after field of broken lava. 70's house-some updates; bathtubs desperately need it. 1 tub had a hole through bottom-to where? probably under house. Dishwasher broken; new one on order. Fuse blew when using hairdryer and AC. Owner was responsive. People staying in garage!--a studio VRBO. Quiet time 9-9--can't even run laundry in those hours.

Great location/Great communication

We took our grandkids to the Big Island for the first time. This house is a wonderful location to get to the Kona side and Hilo side of the Island. The house is beautifully appointed and in a great neighborhood. It was so quiet. The beds are super comfortable which is important after long days of playing and hiking. Its location is also very close to a grocery store and several restaurants. One of the most important things was the communication with the owner. We had trouble getting in the house when we first arrived. I sent him a text and he was right back to me. Even FaceTimed with me to make sure I got it. I had a couple more questions along the way.
